Amaz, there is a workshop mod called Relic Sorter which does what you want. Likewise, I use both Unceasing turn reminder and relic reminder which let me know at a glance, when the passive effects are going to trigger

With Orni, White beast, Belt this was already an insane potion run but the game wasn't done giving out luck to amaz
