    Cohen is great in this interview. He does such a succinct summary of his work that I want to go back and watch his films again, looking for things I missed, especially It's Alive with that Bernard Herrmann score.

      Larry's stuff gets lots of spins in my machine. The It's Alive Trilogy, God Told Me To, Q-The Winged Serpent, The Stuff, Bone, ect. The only "genre" film I didn't care for that Larry Cohen did was Return to Salems Lot. RIP

    So many people - "Movies today are too political! Keep yer politics outta movies!"
    Hate to break it to ya folks... it's always been political, and especially so within genre film.
