Legends still prefer the wired earphone over bluetooth ones.
At the cost of TWS , you can easily get hi-fi IEMs , which has far superior sound quality and clarity than any wireless earphones and no worries for changing as well.

I used neckbands for a couple years, and switched to tws some months ago. And, I must say I miss my neckband. They're a hell lot more convenient. Hanging around your neck just snap apart and connected. With tws, take the box out, open it up, and put it in years while also holding the box, and all this on the run 🤷🏻‍♂️.
Yes I bought tws for the trend. But it took me actually using it, for me to realise I value convenience much more than trend.

My only contentions with neckband earphones are that they hang too far down and the connecting part isn't flexible enough to be put in pocket. I liked the older style where they were connected by wire only, length was manageable and it could be quickly stowed away in a pocket or a small ziplock bag. Maybe I'm just weird in my ways. 🤔

My Sony WF1000XM3 TWS got a huge blow in terms of battery life. I have been using it for almost 2 years now. Even though in 1st year, I used it almost daily, nowadays it's more like 2 or 3 times in a week. Initially battery life was about 4.30 hours at max volume with ANC on but nowadays it is just over an hour to maximum 90 minutes. So, even though I could get to charge them 3 times through the case, I don't even get 5 hours before the case is totally empty anyway.
So in long term use neckbands are better alternative in terms of battery life compared to TWS

Im still sticking to Neckbands as its easy to maintain (atleast according to me).
    1. TWS will be rendered useless if the charging case goes kaput.
    2. With Neckbands, you wear it around your neck and go by your day. You will not feel you are carrying an extra thing.
    3. Its easier to charge a neckband than a tws case.

Neckband for mobile (mainly calls and music on the go)

1)buy neckbands if you need to take a lot of calls on the go. Like loads of bus/train travel, where wires can cause annoyance, and may even get torn.
2)buy TWS if you have specific usage scenario. Like you need to wear earphones under helmet while travel. And we Doctors need bluetooth tws at times while working. But remember that TWS earbuds don't last long. 6-12months max.
      3) for any other use, music/games/casual usage.. always go for wired ones. A Rs600 wired earphone like Realme buds 2 has the same quality as Rs2100 Buds 2 TWS. And that too without the headache of charging and latency.
      4) If you live in a not so hot/humid part of India, and need the best sound quality possible, and don't plan on travelling much, buy an over the ear headphone with a big sound driver (atleast 45mm).
Remember, Idiots buy TWS to show off, a real music lover goes for quality.

Not meant for when driving or riding a bike! I currently use the oneplus budz z, been over a year the audio quality is the same, easy to use while riding bikes or workout! And holds a charge of 20 hours! Plus you can connect it to your powerbank for a quick 10 minute charge that'll last you for more than a couple of hours! Go for the neckband!

Disappointed to see how you completely ignored OnePlus neckband which is one of most popular neckbands right now, and it has one of best batter back ups and it charges uptp 100% in just 10 minutes and lasts for several days in normal usage. The Quick Switch feature that it has, one of the most convenient and practical features for people who constantly switch between mobile and computer.

5:25 Neckbands offers more battery life in my opinion.
The oraimo necklace pro offers 32 hours on a single charge with ANC ON and 50 hours with ANC off.
No TWS can match that. Recent Necklace buds offers a better battery life.
As someone who has used both for many years, Neckband is better for the following reasons.
    1. Better battery life
    2. Better call quality
    3. More assured durability.

I saw Boat 385v2 in the video, but didn't find any review in the channel. Let me know if it is worth it, at ₹1300 under offer.
I liked the design (leather type material feels better in the longer run compared to plastic) and want superlong battery backup, multidevice pairing.
Additionally, in 385v2 the slider on-off switch to compensate for the lack of magnetic buds on-off feature is enough for me.
Let me know if it's worth it and good enough or is there any other better option in the price range.
My main criteria for neckband earphones are:
-dual pairing, superlong battery life, looks, magnetic on-off feature.
Really love your approach while reviewing products. It gives better, comprehensive understanding of them which helps to take better decision while buying.

I've sony Wi C200 since 3 years now and 1 year old Sennheiser cx 350BT. Both used for rough use, and they still beats my newer (6 months old) Samsung earbuds pro. Considering sony which cost me 1.6k-1.7k (i bought offline) to 16k of Samsung. They LITERALLY SOUND THE SAME.
(Also tried OnePlus buds, OnePlus bullet Z, realme buds, samsung buds live, and all of these sounds trash. Indian consumer search for bass heavy earphones, but guys while chasing for the bass you lose clarity in vocals)
I purchased TWS after watching many reviewers praising for its sound quality, bcz i value sound quality. And i thought Samsung would sound better for its price being so high, but i was disappointed. I went with the trend, but realised how much better are the neckbands, bcz over the time you'll appreciate the convenience that neckbands offer.
But the history will repeat itself, when ppl will start using wired earphones, using charging port for the connection. Its bcz i still love my Sennheiser Cx 300s, sony MDR XB510 and Marshall Mode EQ over any wireless earphones.
From my experience i realised, more experienced and dedicated companies that deal with sounds are better than these noobie phone manufacturers trying to enter the sound market.

Hi. At 6:18, You mentioned that you can't use one bud at a time when using neckbands. I've never had that issue... I do use one bud at a time, the left side, just fine during calls. However, I'm not familiar with the neckband that you are demoing, so perhaps it's a limitation with that one in particular, although still weird. I reverted to neckbands because of the TWS' discomfort and ease of loss. I like hiding the neckband under the collar as the buds are magnetic. Thanks for the video!
