Wowww I totally thought when Mando said “he didn’t learn that from me” about Grogu stopping the fight, he was referencing Luke. It was Bo and her desire to stop Mandalorian infighting!
Dude! Awsome job getting Katee Sackhoff!!! 🥳🥳🥳In my opinion her performance, loyalty, and overall dedication to the show/ story / character elevates so many aspects of The Mandalorian . I love how much of a real fan she is of Star Wars. Great interview Steve!!!
Haha. The greatest character development in SW: From 'willing to slap Ahsoka's ass' to 'unwilling to slap Ahsoka's ass.' It's important to grow as people. So glad to hear K talk about the 'challenge' of embodying Bo's poise. I don't know if it's because it was a challenge so she had to focus more on it than others might, but I the strength of her physical poise spellbinding all season long. And they've gotta get Cate Blanchett in there because Cate as Galadriel is the only other performance I'm familiar with that's exemplified that same grounded-but-graceful composure. (And if they did a press junket with the Brit royals for Dave's movie like they've done past SW movies, you could have a photo op with three different Princess Kates -- Princess Kate, Princess Cate and Princess Katee.) Also, love listening to the 'Mando' cast and crew -- they all seem so GD gracious, grounded and just good-humored. Seems like the sort of set where they'd just be playing 'Good Vibrations' all day.
Someone needs to ask what she thinks Bo Katan was thinking when Din Djarin told her he was alive and going for Gideon, and she had to tell him she’s staying with the rest of the group.
Katee makes Bo Katan so worth watching for adults. Bo's not perfect but she definitely learns and is open. It's as if Starbuck has matured. I'd follow Bo into battle anywhere, anytime.

Regarding people’s opinions of season 3 I really hope Katee knows everyone loves Bo but I think people just wanted more din and grogu especially since grogu left Luke where he could of stayed longer and been trained with mad skills and come back.
A great interview! Sadly even though Katee did a fantastic job with absolutely terrible writing, endless screen time of slow walking about. The throne does NOT work, I think Katee tries very hard to justify this terrible scene, bless her heart. I really, REALLY wanted to like this show. So much of it was just a waste of time.
