After that it will just be like X/X, the most valuable will be the first, last and the players kit number.
But obviously other things influence price like how clean the signature is or how nice the part of the relic is etc

The people in the chat referring to numbers are telling you to look out for refractors which will be additionally serial numbered along with the card number itself. The base refractor has an iridescent finish, easy to spot if you hold the cards next to each other. From there the more rare refractors are colored as follows: Purple #/250, Blue #/150, Green #/99, Blue Wave #/75, Gold #/50, Orange #/25, Red #/10, Red Wave #/10, and Superfractor 1/1. You are jumping down a deep deep rabbit hole, my friend!
A good example is a base refractor, Erling Haaland, from this set is at least $600. The more rare versions would easily be many thousands.
When you do these pack openings at the end try and see if you have a full team of cards

The colours are tiers. From bottom to top - white, green, blue, purple. The bubbles, teammates, future stars, signature card are different tho. Topps also used to have red and black as tiers.

The value of the cards is simply the desirability of the cards. It's not cynical, it's just getting an idea how much people actually want a card. And you don't have to base what you collect or enjoy based on what other's do, everyone does there own thing :)
