I wish I had reviewed this one...although you said exactly everything that I would have....lol. I want to have this in the fridge as a regular alternative.....
@@TheAlconauts I have to admit, I bought a couple of six packs of this recently. I probably won’t for a while again, since it’s such a good warm weather drink. Next summer though….
The original Finnish versions are at their best when they're cold. There's some sweetness so if they get warm, they start tasting sickly sweet and not that great. I'm guessing the North American versions might be even sweeter (most things are sweeter in NA). It doesn't have to be freezing cold but nice fridge cold and you can put some ice to keep it chilled. Quite refreshing.
@@Tiax776 Having had a few in recent weeks, I’d have to agree - must be consumed cold! That’s pretty easy though - they’re very crushable and refreshing. Thanks for watching! Cheers!🍻
I got one of these from Anderson as well, but somehow it managed to magically disappear somewhere between the Get-Together and my house :( (not sure what happened there) Sounds like a nice alternative on a hot summer day (which we wont see for another 8 months or so, sadly) On a side note, I used to drink a lot of gin and pink lemonade. Give it a try. Cheers!!
@@ShanesCraftBeerReview It should be easy to find. I see it here all the time now, so i imagine you get it in Ontario too. It’s definitely worth trying. Cheers!!
Ive had so many of these, its weird to think of it as a novelty to others. I think fresca is still around but ive never had one. It doesnt even taste like a gin and tonic.
I like G&Ts and I liked this, but I agree - totally different drinks. This just recently became available in Canada, I first heard of it through Anderson, but I started noticing it here when I got home from Niagara. I actually had quite a few over the last couple of months. I found it a decent alternative - I can’t see me wanting it through the colder months though.

As soon as you poured it, I thought it looked like Fresca. Once in a blue moon, I drink a Fresca but mixed with Tequila or White Rum.
@@sabugara I can see Fresca and tequila working. Almost like a Paloma.
