@ReconTV I just wanna say that you should'nt call out kaba "jocking" on GRV just because that GRV did a shablam before. MANY teams have shablamed before and it's nothing new. However, they did make it to something more original for them which made it memorable. I'm not hating on anything or taking sides, I'm just sayin. On another note, loved watching this set everytime. Loved it even more with the changes. :D Congrats!

@ReconTV anyways, i'm not trying to cause a scene, i'm just merely saying, watch what you say. regardless, i'm a fan of GRV. i think this was an amazing set and GRV has many amazing talented dancers.
@XxLEWISxX They didn't throw in 20 shablams for the sake of WOW-ing the crowd. If you actually watch it, there seems to be a purpose in how each fits into the piece and how they are artistically strewn in. not only, it fits the music and the overall visual presentation. just my opinion.

the first time i actually saw the "shablam" was when Adam on UG did it in their pirate set haha. i know that's not where it started and came from but after that i noticed a lot of other groups using it too. just saying :]
I think you guys should have placed a lot better...the reason they got what they got was b.c they didnt look like everyone else in that competition...everyone else looked the same but just different songs...this group was actually different...it could have been a little cleaner but besides that very entertaining...and the shablam aka the death drop,,,has been used in SF like 4 years ago from a dance company out there...but it is from NYC
but srsly, that's why street dancers hate the choreo scene, because they jack moves that have been a part of their culture, and the choreo teams get the recognition. street dance is underground for a reason. they don't care for the glory. choreo teams come along and CLAIM IT'S THEIRS, when they actually jacked it from another culture. so please stop fighting about who jacked who, because ultimately, ya'll got your inspiration from the voguing community. credit them. not these teams
@skytothewestway Uhhh... I think you're losing focus here. This set was definitely not all gimmick. Their execution was extremely clean and their choreo was sick as hell. . You don't like it, I understand, but it doesn't make any sense to play it down. That shit was sick.

Actually this was the same set they used for all 4 competitions Fusion (1st place) Wod(1st place) Ultimate brawl(2nd place) and Body rock 3rd place but then body rock they removed 2 songs and just added one new song and changed outta your mind piece so yeah and Don't get mad when i say this i think kaba modern kinda jock grv piece with the shablam just they did it first i know ima get a thumbs down for this ._.
