In my CBF600 PC38 this is a wrong connection. Today I took the closer look after almost a year driving with green wire connected to third yellow - it worked but strange, I had to turn on engine before the counting from 1 to 6 ended. Calibration needed about 7-8k revs. I found a service manual with wiring diagram and I found that I need to twist green wire with second yellow wire which is a tachometer (third is a coil wire) and then calibrate it during a ride and switch gears with about 4k revs. Now it is working perfectly.

Thank you very much!
