Remember their first performance with big crowd in us in aug 2014? Its a big line of big kpop artists performing but they said "bts stole the show" and everyone come home as an army . *ps - bts is the only rookie & youngest artists ever(only 1 year after debut)to be invited to joined the line of big kpop artists performing in that time. Like, They are already so good since the begining, im so proud🥺💜

Don't get fooled he is still hardcore, and it shows in the hard work he puts in every day to perfect his craft, and bring it for his team and Army.
Fun fact - RM was originally going to rap a verse from one of their songs, but instead he wrote this technically difficult rap in response to some mild beef started by another rapper Bobby. Also, as people have mentioned RM and Zico made some music together in the underground days. Zico has some really good solo music lately and is a judge on I-Land which is the show about finding the next boy group to be co-managed by Big Hit.
I saw the bobby thing and I'm pretty sure it wasn't for rm, they didn't know each other and bobby won show me the money 3 being the first idol rapper to do that and he was beefing with all the underground rappers that said idols are not real rappers so it has no sense he having a beef with another idol rapper that doesn't even knows

another fun fact: that "NEVERMIND" written on jimin's torso is a reference to a song suga wrote about overcoming his struggles & adversity & a line that says "nevermind, it's not easy but engrave it on your chest." for jimin's birthday in 2018, he got it tattooed for real, exactly the way it looked in this performance. it's also worth noting that this era and the LY era (c. 2018) serve as bookends for jimin's long struggle with self-esteem, body image issues & eating disorders. it's why he's considerably less muscular-looking now than he was during this performance.
He was an incredible, confident, but shy dancer, who didn't have issues till antis/solo stans/other shippers -supposed "Armys" tweeted about his cute teen cheeks & said some horrible things--messed w/his mind..He was never."fat" as u can see, just more muscular. (I was a new Army when I saw the "looks rankings" & barely knew them, but thought, why does this cute kid care what that big nosed kid thought about his looks)??..JK later said he was always (thoughtless) joking, that Jimin was handsome, but stilll, that didn't help..Jimin's so gorgeous, I can't. 😊

And i have watched somewhere, can't remember it; Jimin explained that he should have removed his jacket by steping the jacket's hood with his foot when he bent down, but when on stage that time, the scenario failed but Jimin was able to control the situation and people didn't realize it.
I still keep thinking if Hobi feels pain on his knee when he did his routine. But then I also haven't found the answer if Hobi got bones. 😅
He worries me falling on that one knee and his back. I've seen him do it in several videos. I fear when he's in his older, he'll have some pain.

@@lisas44 To be completely honest, he will. He & Jimin, for sure - Jungkook, too - and likely all of them.. The kind of dance they do, with the energy and at the level they do it.. They will definitely have long-term damage to their bodies when they're older.
I'm always so happy to see that they do their best to condition & take care of themselves, and they seem to have a good team of fitness experts around them, so I hope they'll be able to minimize it as much as possible. 💜

All my cellphones. Pads, laptops etc... still has Jimin in that fur coat shirtless as my background, Screensaver etc.. lol!! Plus, took me less than 20 minutes after the performance to make it happen,, ive had several new phones since this dance battle, the dudes at Best Buy always chuckle when they save my files onto my new phones and my background downloads up a shirtless Jimin, cuz my hubby is always right there with me, as he always buys my new phones, lol. But hubby has supported me since pre-debut,, my total love and support for the boys,, i actually started following Namjoon since before debut! After finding his music on the innerWebz, and hubby knows my life has always been revolving around music, dance,, and such. Thats something he loves about me, i come from a family of musicians, in my family everyone is into the arts, most are classical musicians, but some are in bluegrass bands, and also some of us are dancers too, it was fun watching u 3 react to this iconic moment in BTS's history 🤗🤭😁😄

I remember watching this at the time, and BTS were going in as the underdogs, they weren't yet respected in the kpop industry and didn't have many fans there at the mamas. It's really sad to remember those times, but it's comforting to know that that'll never happen again.
You have to understand RM & Yoongi are not battle rappers, but RM killed his part.
Rm is still a very good freestyler though.

The tattoo was not real at the time of battle. His tattoo is about 2 yes or less.
Well I think he got it as a real tattoo a year or two ago, the one in this video in 2014 was fake, but he must have really liked it to get it as a real one!
