- For this Valentine's Dinner Recipe, I'm going to show you how to make Homemade Tortellini. They have a beet pasta dough that will give them a pink appearance, and they're stuffed with a combination of goat cheese and mushrooms. I'll also be showing you how to make a Black Cherry Martini. The tortellini will bring savory flavors while the martini will bring the sweet. It's a masculine and feminine dish that has balanced flavors and works together in perfect harmony.

You could probably do cooking videos. You make great recipes.
Also, how's your walking on the treadmill doing? Do 15 minutes every day for a month, then add more minutes.
I walk on the treadmill if it's raining out.
Put a pedometer on your phone and track your steps.

Thank you! I do like cooking and I’m trying to balance that with my travel videos. Food and travel make me happy lol. As far as the treadmill it’s going well. I like that I can just throw on a show on tv and just go. I have a fit bit I wear which helps track when I’m not on it. I like your 15 min and then increasing the time. But yeah, the weather is nice today but tomorrow it’s suppose to be snow so I’m happy I got this and can walk indoors.❤️

They were so delicious and honestly it wasn’t hard to make, it just took some time, but if you have a good audiobook or music on, these are kind of fun to do. I was dancing in my kitchen makes them lol.

Aw! Poor little guy! It’s kind of fun I think, and you can freeze extra pasta dough and then just make something simple later. I had extra and I’m going to make linguine with garlic, butter, toasted walnuts and goat cheese for a different meal. 😋
