I met my Vietnamese wife in St. Paul Minnesota. She told me her previous Vietnamese boyfriend was a mommy’s boy. The man’s mother went to a fortune teller and believed in some bad news. I find Vietnamese to be superstitious. Well that guy lost out big time because I married her. We have been married 25 years. My kids are beautiful and smart. My late father in law was with the Saigon police from before 1975. I had to visit the house many times before I could take my her on a date. He would ask me questions and observe me I think. I loved my father in law Ba even now that he is gone. After we got married we moved in with my wife family because her mother had breast cancer. Its was horrible and sad. She was tough through it all. I love my wife’s family and they have been great to me. I love the Vietnamese and most Americans here are fond of Vietnamese people. My favorite area in Vietnam is Cu Chi. When I go back all the people remember me. I first went in 1999. People in Cu Chi look out for me in the area I’m in. Very safe and friendly people.
Honestly, I hope girls watching this take this advice to heart. A girl who communicates so clearly as in the examples laid out in this video is nothing short of a dream come true for most guys.
