Certainly the lesson to your video was not how many coins or good stuff you found, but that you could selectively sift through the "trash" and pick them out. Definitely helpful to see (and hear) how you do it from a rookie detector like myself. Very helpful video. Thanks!
I use the AT GOLD and it pulls coins fast when also used w/ the pin pointer. I love grassy public parks. I run descrim 2 & put the iron descrim @ 30. Anything 50ish = a nickel, 60's are questionable. 70's are always pennies & 80+ are usually .10 or.25c. Finding jewelry can be tricky because it often gives the 50's to 60's hit which is often also trash.Yesterday @ a park I found 37 pennies, 8 quarters, 3 wheat pennies (one was a 1939), a john adams dollar, about 10 nickels, 10 dimes & a silver ring. I WAS BEAT FROM ALL THE PENNIES. Today I ignored the 70's & got 14 quarters,12 dimes, 8 nickels and about 10 pennies. I was out of there in 2.5 less hrs. Also my ground balance was between 50's and 70's. I met another guy detecting in the same park He said he wasn't finding anything. Wasn't a Garrett. I'll leave it at that... Just stay off the 70's unless you want sore quads tomorrow.
When is that 5x8 DD coming out ? Will a small DD coil ever come out for the AT Pro and At Gold? Something like the 5" DD that FT makes (which is a fantastic coil BTW)? Thanks, can't wait to see what you guys bring out next!!

I appreciate your sharing how the AT Gold functions, it is real helpful to us newbies for sure.....
Great video, up next should be a underwater proof pro-pointer, called the AT pro pointer.
