I really wanted Cesaire and just recently got her as offrate while going for my seond copy of Rouin, i actually got 2 copies of Rouin on pity so it was totally worth it, im at 1.7k linkstones so if Cesaire is coming next month im most likely not gonna reach a pity for her :(
