    So helpful! I've been struggling with back pain since a car accident 4 years ago, and after seeing chiro's and my current massage therapist, have still been left in the dark about what exact muscles are aching in my back. This was extremely clear and helps me understand my body better. Thanks! :)

    Hi there, such a great video - you have no idea how wonderful it is to have the animation, and the colours - such visuals bring the text in books to life thus giving such a greater comprehension of the theory, along with increasing the ability of memory recall. So appreciate the time taken in the production of all your videos. Many, many thanks :-)

    You said that one of the difference is that the superficial muscles are innervated by ventral rami while rhomboids and levator scap are innervated by dorsal rami. In other words innervation is not one of their differences

    • @TheNotedAnatomist
      @TheNotedAnatomist  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I made the video a while ago and I am unable to watch it at this moment … rhomboids and lev scap are NOT innervated by dorsal rami … they are innervated by ventral rami via the dorsal scapular nerve.

    Why Levator scapula can downwardly rotate the scapula? Does it lengthen levator scapula during downward rotation?
    Why Levator scapula can elevate the scapula, but upward rotate the scapula? I am so confused.
