I called an atv dealership.. and they said 2300 for the atv.. 3300 out the door.. I'm confused...the salesman said they charge for freight and put together fee...so they charging me almost 1000 dollars extra to pump some tires and charging a battery they must be smoking rock...

The Can-Am DS250 or the Polaris Phoenix 200. They're both rated for 14+. They're easy to use and are very well built machines.
