Idk if you noticed but Goku and Vegeta at 44:08 they were not only doing the same fighting stance but they were also in the same fighting area where they first fought in the beginning of DBZ the Saiyan Saga.

Frieza is the GOAT of shit talking while also backing it up. 17 winning the ToP was a chef's kiss too, he was a highly underrated character in the Cell Saga aftermath.
The Majin Buu ending was perfect as well, they brought back the Spirit Bomb. It was a great choice to finish off Buu because he kept regenerating and seems like there's no way to win. Reverting back to his original form was kind of like a blessing to them because he was pure evil, and the Spirit bomb destroys evil.
Fantastic ending and adaptation. the only things that bother me a little are that 1) they didn't animate the tournament of the gods of destruction. 2) they didn't show master roshi dodging jiren's attacks. 3) they made Kefla more powerful than she actually is given that in the manga she is equal to Mystic Gohan. otherwise, it was a wonderful trip!
I believe that they took a few of the top animators from One Piece for these last few episodes of DBS, alongside the DBS animators as well. They didn't hold anything back and gave the series a proper stopping point. Once the manga gets animated (Post TOP, but pre DBS: Super hero) The fight with the next villain may top this one.

I would absolutely hate if they ended the episode on a next episode wrap up. I hope that Super continues with the manga arcs but I think this was a perfect ending point for what they did. When the best fight was over, it was over. My last memories of the series were Goku and Frieza taking out Jiren and Goku training with Vegeta at the end of this episode until the Broly movie came out and that was perfect. I would not have wanted my last memories to be some boring side character stuff. It should be the hype at the end.

I really liked all your reactions about the studio continuing the Dragon Ball story. The manga is still going, but after Toriyama passed away, I heard there are two companies fighting to take the rights for the Dragon Ball series. Maybe this is why the new season of Dragon Ball Super will come later and not very soon. about the new series of dragon ball (dragon ball daima) it's the last work toriyama did before he died and it takes place after the buu saga and before battle of gods .
I completely agree, the Tournament of Power had it's ups and downs, but the final battle was one of the best pay offs this show has ever delivered. Super continues in the manga (goes on from the T.O.P) and god know when itll return after its hiatus happened after Toriyama passed but i 100% recommend you watch Carthu Dojo's video on the 2 arcs after this if you don't wanna read the manga ("Moro arc" and "Granola arc"). Just be aware that the OG Dragon Ball was less fighting and more (mostly lowbrow) humor... especially when comparing it to the rest of the series overall. And yes there is fighing but a majority of it is reserved for tournaments and a couple of actual opponents toward the latter half of the series

So now that DB series is done one i might recommend is Avatar the Last Airbender :) amazing show if you havent seen it already. Really enjoyed from DBZA to here :)

True story. I got these two Goku and Freeza themed toilet and bathtub spray cleaner because there was a promotion around the time after super ended. And my ex father in law took them, used all of them and then threw away the bottles! Even though I was planning on keeping them forever and just rebuying the refill packs. I'm still mad about that.
I really liked all your reactions about the studio continuing the Dragon Ball story. The manga is still going, but after Toriyama passed away, I heard there are two companies fighting to take the rights for the Dragon Ball series. Maybe this is why the new season of Dragon Ball Super will come later and not very soon.
about the new series of dragon ball (dragon ball daima) it's the last work toriyama did before he died and it takes place after the buu saga and before battle of gods .

I completely agree, the Tournament of Power had it's ups and downs, but the final battle was one of the best pay offs this show has ever delivered. Dragon Ball, when Goku is a kid, is pretty good. Give it a shot. You'll love Dragon Ball Super Broly and Super Super Hero.
Super continues in the manga (goes on from the T.O.P) and god know when itll return after its hiatus happened after Toriyama passed but i 100% recommend you watch Carthu Dojo's video on the 2 arcs after this if you don't wanna read the manga ("Moro arc" and "Granola arc").
He tells the entire story very well.

Hey the whole Power Level and Power Scaling thing went crazy in the Frieza Saga first form Frieza which is a form he created had a power level of 530k.
It's been an amazing experience watching this with you. I realised I never subbed because YT recommended you when you uploaded but I've fixed that now and subbed. I hope they eventually make movies or anime for the other sagas.

The dub for dragon ball daima comes out in November if I were you I’d just wait to watch it
Just be aware that the OG Dragon Ball was less fighting and more (mostly lowbrow) humor... especially when comparing it to the rest of the series overall. And yes there is fighing but a majority of it is reserved for tournaments and a couple of actual opponents toward the latter half of the series
