  • Henrik and Daniel Sedin were the faces of the Vancouver Canucks franchise for over two decades. When they decided it was time to retire, the twins made a decision to remain in Vancouver instead of returning home to Sweden.

      I think it's because they were probably doing some Canucks content as well. Toyota is a team sponsor so they probably provided them with a Rav4 to do some in car/driving scenes. For their last game behind the scenes it showed Hank driving a top of the line Model X.

      I think Henrik’s head is more vertical while Daniels has a bit more width 😂 and Henrik looks slightly older, but it could be opposite 😂

      It's fairly easy for me after seeing them for there whole careers, there jawline a quite different, and their heads are different shapes

    Might be the most unique case in sports, amazing how vancouver made it work and it obviously changed these guys' life for the absolute best, great story

    In 2003-04 Daniel made $500 more than Henrik. Therefor Daniel is better.

    I was 7 when Danny ane hank came to van.....looking back now at 29 on there incredible careers and the immeasurable impact they've had on Swedish and brittish Columbian hockey.....it's truly amazing what they've accomplished, they were and are still huge role models to me.
    As a life long canucks fan thank you for the memories

    i grew up in van fighting in the streets.. grade 6 - fkn age 22.
    these guys would kick my ass. esp daniel... the toughness he showed by not punch marchand back. so he could get a PP.. that is leadership and toughness to a T.
    i see em around the city atleast once a year... but i never bother them.. nor does many other ppl. thats probably why they chose to live here. in sweden the would be KINGS. and Paparazzi material.

    Elliott Friedman just announced on Twitter that the Sedins are coming out of retirement starting next week, expected to play on Canucks 4th line to start at a cap friendly 1 million per season! This is incredible!!!

    Two of the best "Regular Season" players to play in the NHL! But that's as good as it got!
    The Twins simply disappeared in playoff hockey! They could not turned their game "up a notch" in the playoffs! Hell, 4 out of the last 5 years the Sedins played for the Canucks they didn't even MAKE the playoffs! Since the 2011 cup run Hendrik scored a whopping 3 goals in 15 games and was a minus 12, Daniel scored 2 goals in 12 games and was a minus 3, in the playoffs!
    As good as the Sedin's were in the regular season, they could not excel in the playoffs! And that's where it really counts doesn't it?
