You didn’t mention that Hyper Sonics double jump boost thing makes a flash that fills the entire screen, and that flash actually kills every enemy on screen except for bosses

@William Thomson you need to go through 14 special stages to get hyper in addition that at the very least you will have to be in mushroom Hill the second half of the game nit counting that you might fail and that you have to find the special rings

@@Blacky.Gaming you also forgot to mention that hyper sonic needs the 7 chaos emeralds too since if you don't have all 7 chaos emeralds you cannot get all 7 super emeralds so hyper sonic is a lot harder to be unlocked.
There's no contest, Hyper Sonic for the win! Also we need him to make a comeback for the next Sonic game and so on.

a problem with hyper sonic is that it wears the rings faster than super sonic
as long as yk some big ring locations for each zone you'll be fine
Both forms can decrease your rings by 1 second

2. Jump dash forward & is immune to fire hazards & attacks like the Fire Shieid

I think you forgot to say that Hyper Sonic with his Extra Jump can defeat all enemies on screen except bosses.
Not defeat its kill
Since which this he can only defeat enemies that aren't bosses and that don't have their defense up for example he can't kill the pufferfish like robots in hydrocity if they have their spikes on which gives me a theory what if the flash is just hyper sonic killing all the enemies on screen in a *flash* if this is true then his speed is much much faster than we think
In sonic classic heros super sonics's double jump boosts you forward and i think it kills enemies too

Sonic Mania has Hyper Sonic As Well. The Super Forms Got Upgraded To Lvl. 1 > Lvl.2
If you don't believe me check out Tails he can transform now with Normal Chaos Emeralds.
Nah, Tails just got strong and old enough to be to transform with the Chaos Emeralds only. Sonic Mania takes place after S3&K, and Tails is a bit older now and can handle the Chaos energy better than he used to in Sonic 2 and S3&K, that's why he can transform.
The Super Emeralds are stoned.

There’s another way to get hyper sonic or super sonic all u gotta do go to angel island and see the swing thing up on it and do this left left left,right right right and up then go to mushroom valley and find the pickup things and do the same thing left left left,right right right and then up then press the start button and then click the a button then u will be taken to the sound test then type in 2456 and then hear the super sonic transformer then for hyper sonic do 12 14 15 16 and then hear the little noise u got it then choose any stage then get 50 rings then double jump and boom u got super sonic or hyper sonic

To beat the special stages with 1 sphere, You need to put in a PAR/Game Genie code, Game Genie is a cheat code engine to put in cheat codes in games like Sonic 1, You can use it on real hard-ware aswell, But.. I think Blacky is playing using Emulation.

I don't care how horrible super sonic is but I think they both win because their powerful :)
I believe that is why his Hyper form remained as a thing of the past... He is just too fast for game play. You have to admit, he is hard to control at times. Oh, it is the coolest form of all time mainly because of the alternating colors and the after image, but he is too fast to control and down playing his speed would be a waste. Above all, I bet the reason why we never seen the hyper form anymore is that they believed they made a mistake doing this.
