Some of my oldest memories on TH-cam are of watching Depth. I remember thinking how absurdly good the physics and graphics are, and I think they still hold up today in some capacities. It's just such an absurdly good game for what it is.

I think it’s the first map where you go from these structures to that pure black void as the divers, the first time I experienced that I knew the game was special.
I use to love playing this game with friends, but man! The mouse thrashing would do a number on the hands and wrists XD. It made it very difficult to do long play sessions.

I love the swimming mechanics, maneater originally looked a lot like this aswell however (and also made by the people who made depth) however they sold the game I believe and the company that bought it changed everything and made it worse, at least to me anyway
