I absolutely love the cut to Brother Rooster at 2:25. It looks like it's a flashback, especially because of the flashback earlier, but the cut-back from Brother Rooster to Panther mid-gut-punch implies that Panther hit the guy with the same one-two Brother Rooster taught her. Great visual storytelling. Also, Panthers movement in this part looks so fluid as she weaves around the thug.
I love how the music is the same as when she was saved by brother dog, but its with a different instrument so it feels more feminine. The feeling is the same, but at the same time its different as its HER turn to save someone
I think the nicest thing about this piece is the music. the music that appears when Panther shows up to rescue the woman is the same tune that plays when dog rescued her initally. But thats not the only thing, Comparing the two scenes the music that played from dog was more deep like a cello was being played while Compared to Panthers it sounds like a violin. The Cello has a deep tone which could be rough and gritty While here the Violin is more high pitched being more elegent and graceful It really quite paints the picture as Despite her overrall stature she has come quite a long way no longer needing to be protected and having that day influence her to protect others. now using that beauty as a weapon before switching to what Rooster taught her using her stature to evade what would be quite brutal cuts and stabs to counter attack with jabs of her own.
