My first time using "digital" instead of "vinyl". First trial set on Pioneer CDJ2000 nexus 2 / with a DJM-850. The Tracks were quickly selected, no big efforts invested (sorry guys), no prepared track list! Just loaded and go….

How it was? …. Well: after a "warming up" and trial of some functionalities - also after I have familiarized a bit better to the filter-reactions of the DJM 850, which are slightly different to the old 500…I feel… all in all after 30' I felt quite comfortable with the setup, finally.......
The only tutorial I looked was about Rekordbox for Track Analysis to use beat synch… all the rest I’ve done without any reading of manuals or watching of tutorials..Very intuitive. Thumbs up…
but I (still) love more to work with vinyl, I have to admit…. With vinyl I am more in a stress and extremely concentrated - true, but unfortunately I am no good looking model who can jump around and "looking good" between the mixes - what is nice to animate the crowd -- and -- obviously - I am far away from Mr. Hype and his sets and shows... so what I do with the (free) time....? so you may have noticed that I had a lot of time to chat on the phone and on twitch (what I did in the video)... this I find not so easily done when working with vinyls...:-)))
Ok… it was „jam session“ - next time will be different, probably…
Next step I want to learn is how the "big" guys prepare their digital sets with cue points etc......
