Are you going to make a video about the new Mexican elected President? She seems to be in support of higher tax and bigger government control.
She’s a protege of the last president, nothing will change
I bet it changes…..for the worst
Very informative. Thank you.
Dont forget E.U citizens dont need visas for other E.U countries
bots in the comment section makes your channel look low quality, i would put some effort into blocking them if i were you
Okay
Right now Portuguese Golden Visas are *not* being issued in 6-9 months. Two or three years is more like it. Given the new law counting residency from application rather than issuance, it's just as well. In fact it's better, since it means the expensive GV will have to be renewed one less time before citizenship.
I was born in Latvia to a Latvian parent. Back then it was USSR. Seems I can get a citizenship in Latvia.
Yes for sure you can
@@WealthyExpatcheers, Rafael. Do you have contacts who organize these things or best to find a Latvian immigration lawyer?
@@MEN101 Latvia doesn't allow dual citizenship.
@@daybreaker8811 Wrong
Hungary is a strict one ☝️
Germany ? citizenship by Investment in long run?😊
What if I’m a naturalized Argentinian ( I have no ancestry or relatives in Argentina but I obtained citizenship at 24 years old ) can I still apply for Spanish citizenship ?
I´m a naturalized Chilean citizen and asked Rafael the same question. The answer was NO
I'm interested in the Hungarian Visa but haven't heard anything new about it since it was announced last year. Have you or are you just going off of what was originally announced?
Spain's 2 year fast track applies to Mexicans, Chileans, Argentinians, Peruvians, Columbians, Salvadorians, Dominicans, Brazilians, Andorrans, Portuguese, Philipinos, Cubans, (in some cases Sephardic peoples) and even Puerto Ricans. The process for Puerto Ricans is a bit more time consuming, since we first have to get a document from the Puerto Rican government, which declares us Puerto Rican by birth or thru parents
Can you get residency in Italy from buying property?
I'm not a fan of Bucharest or Cluj but there are a couple of nice places in Romania: Brasov and Sibiu are quite nice
Yes true good point
If only American taxes were more reasonable like 10% or 20% max, most people wouldn’t live the country.
But it’s just getting crazy at this point.
Agreed yes
Nice and useful material as always. Greeting from the country that you don't like! Romania 😓
Indeed strange why he doesn’t like Romania? Not expensive country and developing..
Regarding Malta: really is donation option exist?
Hi, love your videos very informative.. what are your thoughts on the Curaçao golden visa.
I need the Greece Golding Visa.. how can I process it through your company
Yes of course, happy to help
For Bulgaria, you can obtain residence permit by TRP route (the cheapest and easiest), as long as you have an active company outside BG you will be eligible to obtain the entrepreneur permit.
Best part : You can become a tax resident and pay flat 10% as long as you can prove your vital interests in BG
Please explain. I’m interested.
Do you also know if there's still a route available for acquiring Bulgarian citizenship in 5 years after getting the investor residence permit? I've heard mixed views on this.
@@FrozenSkyyyes You can get that but first you will Permanent residence than citizenship and you need A2 level not sure Bulgarian language. Better get Bulgaria slow track Pr by investment Rafeal has made this video see 4-5 back video.
If i was born in the US with latin american origin from my parents and hold citizenship in that origin country and interested in the Spanish passport. Would i need to renounce my US citizenship?
Si desciende de hispanos o sefarditas, no hay problema. Puede optar a la doble nacionalidad
Hi, great video, but can you explain some more about Bulgaria and Romania ? Not so much about Investor's visa but rather about Retirement residency permits. Thanks.
Why don't you like Romania?
I applied for Portuguese Golden Visa in 2021 and still have not gotten residence permit approval…. Anyone gotten theirs actually in a year?
There is a lot of discussion about this on Nomad Gate, a community website where people share their golden visa experiences.
Some bad things happened to you in Romania if you saying this so straight way. It is a pity that it happened.
Moreover LATVIA is NOT Slavic at all. Please do better due diligence next time
Okay
Rafael the cheapest option is 200k through a Limited in Cyprus. I do this at the moment with many people and they invest into property that earns big part back of the initial investment until they can claim the passport by naturalisation later on.
Yeah but you need to speak the Greek language
@@shaduwy is it not correct you do not speak greek if you want to do residency by investment. You only need that if you want the fast track 3,5 years citizienship after you claimed the residency. And in EU is also beste tax setup as you have NON DOM and zero tax on the dividends.
@@shaduwy I know because I do this for people now on weekly basis and no problems 🙂
@@ChristophFluriHeckenbuecker , I got you my brother. How easy is it purchase a property in Greece? Is there complications with getting your title deeds from local government.
@@shaduwy you mean Cyprus. Greece and Cyprus are independent countries. Is very easy you buy through a limited and you have free hold titles. As Cyprus was British before the legal system is similar.
Wish you would do a vid on “self-sufficient visas” in Europe.
What you recommend for someone from India ..?
👍👍👍
Why in earth does someone want to become a EU citizen? ...
Some countries fucked up that's why
I have it from Latvia 😊
Do you live there? How is life there as a foreigner?
I still dont know what a 'golden visa' is. It sounds like just marketing talk.
when you get one,you can also do marketing on YT and make money like this guy
Those are residency by investment programs.
If I am a European and want a second citizenship what would you recommend ??
I'm making a video on that tomorrow!
@@WealthyExpat iam waiting boss 💪
you are European ( EU)? And you dont know what to do ? Man that interesting . . . .
@@EKKO_xxsome of them surely have had experienced substantial doses of suffering, even though in different forms. I grew up in a post-Soviet country (not in a Baltic one, unfortunately, because I could have been enjoying EU citizenship for many years now), and the type of suffering people here in the EU tell me about is a different story. Yet, there are broken individuals here, even though they have never experienced the hardships of the former USSR nor Africa.
Besides, people tend to have different pain thresholds, so it’s quite challenging to determine the ‘real’ impact of the same thing when two different people experience each phenomenon in a unique way.
@@EKKO_xxIndeed! Where are you from?
Even if you're wealthy in a top developing country like Brazil, you still know what poverty is because you see the nearby neighborhood haha
5:30 what those traditional values mean? Dare I ask? Thanks
Smth that is not popular in western society, its when women and men happy to live accordingly to their nature, women are not compete with men but complete each others in their strength.. 😊
@@AnnaSeven I don't get it. Can you explain in plain English please?
@@whatpass-casanm5161 women are feminine, men are masculine 😉
@@AnnaSeven still don't get it. But nevermind! Thanks for trying to explain
Could you recommend visa from the country if you are part of a high academic alumni from top 10universities
Have you ever talked about China? What are your thoughts?
I can see from your other videos that you don't like Australia. I'm Australian and I don't like Australia either. There is a massive housing crisis here, and many Australians are falling into homelessness. Australia is a dangerous country to live in, and the commonwealth amounts to terrorism.
Oufffff really? If it comes out of à native one then i believe him
In Hungary Euro 500,000 must be put in one property in order to qualify for the program.
Have you seen any new details about the Hungarian Visa since it was announced last year. I've been tracking it but can't find any new information about it and it's not on the Washington DC consulate site.
I'm the 200th 👍Like - yay me.
Spain has terminated Golden visa due to housing crisis, Many rich people flooded all over buying properties that caused housing prizes increase hurting the local people not able to buy houses. I think other EU country will stop or have already stopped this Golden visa scheme.
1 - The golden visa is still active for a few more months.
2 - The golden visa has not caused price increases, since they account for a very small percentage of all property purchases.
:D
What an ignorant and unintelligent comment. Do you have statistics on the number of properties purchased by foreign “golden visa” holders in Spain? If you do, provide the citation(s). No way are foreigners enrolled in this program buying more than a couple percent of all homes sold in Spain each year.
