Good video again. I ride both of these scooters on a daily basis and I have to agree that for mostly pavement riding the raptor is such a pleasure to ride. Its so smooth in its ride and it's braking even though it's a cable brake system. One thing that wasn't mentioned is the raptor has a sine wave controller which makes acceleration a dream. Sine wave controllers allow you to just cruise at a slow pace or floor it for a full power take off. Comes in real handy for when caught behind pedestrians. Cyclone pro is also an amazing scooter. The stiffer suspension is better for heavier riders but I find at 80kg they are still nice to ride. The bug plus with the cyclone is the hydraulic disc brakes. Amazing braking in this scooter. Lightning style stem is a lot stronger for those offroad runs too. It's the better all-rounder of the if you want to do both on and offroad on a regular basis.
I saw the Cyclone in store Saturday, and I see a Raptor around Pomona every now and again, and if I was going to upgrade from my GTR-V2, I'd get a Cyclone for sure. I just don't feel the need to upgrade. A shame I can't upgrade my front suspension, maybe I'll repaint the top piece. A little disappointed that it hadn't been primed before top coating, but with it just being mild steel, it did develop some surface rust, which lifted the paint.
Fun fact! The suspension on the raptor is indeed adjustable!! There should be an allen key on top of the front suspension. It's the same with the rear, but you have to take the footpad off.
@DC Unplugged - Just bought a second hand one of a slayer, the suspension is a bit firm for my weight. Anyway to adjust the suspension? Also what PSI for the tires do you recommend for strictly sealed roads.
id say 40psi ma man would be sweet for yourself as it sounds like you might be alot lighter then myself. as for suspension. you can change out the cartage styled suspension for softer ones i believe that bike scooter city have them in stock

if you take a left near that railway crossing sign its a nice ride over a bridge and you go through a bit of rainforest

not much in it tnh the gap in the springs is already minimal will just make it bottom out faster for heaver riders
