Squad-Rammer Gets Taste of His Own Medicine

MINNEAPOLIS: Hennepin County officers were in pursuit of a suspect who rammed several squad cars near Loring Park, with a pursuit initiated southbound into the 3rd Precinct area. A PIT maneuver was performed on the stolen vehicle on the 38th St. overpass bridge over I-35W. At least one officer deployed their Taser and the suspect was taken into custody by around 8:15 p.m., with an ambulance dispatched for an evaluation of his injuries.
