Ah, before when the A45 became the A14! I never saw this episode in the 1980s, but it was the closest to where I grew up - been to Kentwell, Ickworth, and the happiest moment of my life was on the stage of the Theatre Royal, Bury St Edmunds. Thank you so much for posting.
Kersey is just a couple of miles from me. It is such a shame that the iconic ducks, that were there for many generations, are no longer present. Kersey has appeared on film and television and has been a favourite haunt of tourists and artists in the summer.
That ford at Kersey reminds me very much of the one at Eynsford in Kent (setting of early Carlton regional series '20 Miles from Piccadilly Circus', fact fans, and a staple of school field trips and the like in my childhood).
Noticed the cameraman was looking out the back when they took off and thought it strange that he wasn't looking at Anneka as usual. Once they set off to the airfield, given that contestants had figured out the Red Arrows and there's a clip of it in the Titles, I knew why.

Wow, amazing.
It's a shame they are only showing little bits, not the whole of each programme. It rather defeats the point of putting them on.
