Trent has the potential to be our next Gerrard if he stays in Liverpool as a one club man. Born and raised in Merseyside. I can definitely see the captaincy in his future. If he continues to play at this level, he can very well be what Gerrard is to my generation to this new generation of kids.

Trent Alexander Arnold has close family connections to Manchester United. His maternal grandmother Doreen Carling was in a relationship with Sir Alex Ferguson in the 1960s. And his uncle John Alexander was the Manchester United’s club secretary in the 2010s.
I’m Manchester United fan, and would love him to join the club. But I can see he’s very loyal to Liverpool, and that’s impressive and what a Liverpool player should be.

For midfielders, nothing can top the Scholes, Gerrard and Lampard trio even though they didnt win anything. Not one midfielder currently is as technically good as either one of those 3.
