How to write Hoodoo petition papers. Name papers and petition papers are slips of paper on which you write the name of the target of your spell, a sign or sigil, or a short sentence that expresses your intention. Most commonly, petition and name papers are tucked into a mojo bag or beneath a burning candle. There will be a name written on a name paper, signifying the target of the spell, while a petition paper will have a wish or desire written on it. Learn how to work with them to increase the effectiveness of your magickal workings.

Bay leave is great for writing spells and petitions. The big ones from India not the little ones.
Stopped using the traditional brown paper, we also tear them never cut them!!! (old spanish brujeria familia spawn here) the leaves give a really really good kick to it all!

When you write a petition for court cases should I write my name over the judges name or do I write my attorneys name over the judges?

It depends on what you're asking for but, traditionally, you would write your lawyers name over the judges so they the lawyer sways the judges decision in your favor. You could, though, write both yours and your lawyer's names over the judge's - both in an attempt to control the judges verdict.
