Easy Way to Make Mayonnaise, How To

Super simple recipe for home made mayo! All in a blender - can't get much simpler than that!
You will need:
1 whole egg - at room temp
1 egg yolk - at room temp
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 TBSP lemon juice
3/4 cup olive oil
pinch salt
blend all except olive oil for about 30 sec. then dribble olive oil in while blending.
Super easy-peasy!
