I was at the concert in Idaho last night and he started with this song it was amazing to be there in person. It was also great to be at the first concert where they played their new songs.

This video is epic... Not only because the graphics truly breath taking, but because it tells the origin story of Ronnie's rebirth'. My take is he is crowned by the 'industry' which became his (tattooed) crown of thorns, then he got crucified by them, the media and some of his fan base, which lead to his good/evil struggle for his soul. Ultimately, he rejects both sides and makes his own way, finding his suit of armour which takes him through the adventures of Ronald, WTWB and beyond.... It is also interesting that in Last Resort (reimagined), he takes the armour off and wears that bomb baroque suit to rebuild his world. This man is telling a story just with his wardrobe!
Who hates him? I'm honestly curious because a lot of his lyrics are about turning the hate around but I've never seen a single comment on his stuff that's negative let alone hating. I understand he might have gotten some hate early in his career but at this point it seems a little like it's just good for his songs to be hated even though he's really not. my opinion... i feel like the fact that this is called "prequel" is meant to be ironic (i mean he says "that's irony" a bunch in the song...). I feel like this video takes place way in the future, well after Ronald and Watch The World Burn and it is the world that comes from him fixing the world after Last Resort. It is like in the movies where you see the end of the movie before the story even starts and you watch it unfold as the movie plays on. Not to mention there is a statue in the city of Ronnie in said super suit. He gets the super suit originally from Tech in Ronald... it builds onto his skin as Tech is rapping and completes right before he sends him to hell to fight the Devil. Watch the World Burn is after Ronald, he is sent back to earth after defeating the Devil... and this video is the world we are living in after Last Resort ... the world is still doomed... "everything falls apart" and he is forced to go find and dust off the super suit and get back to action and save the world AGAIN... just my thought on it...
