For update suppression in 1.19+ without downgrading or making update skippers I recommend a mod called carpet fixes. It's not very well known and it brings back update supression/item shadowing with the reIntroduceInstantBlockUpdates and reIntroduceItemShadowing features. Also I love the videos and the amount of effort you put into every video!

Big props for the insane work here. I know there's a couple other TH-camrs who do it too and for the fun of it, but you're much more reserved and your personality isn't as.. edgy as another might be. This type of content is fantastic and honestly looks beyond exhausting, but the personality behind it makes the content so much nicer, and nothing with robotic AI voices, just a real person speaking to us.
Nice job! Also here is a suggestion: build a nether mob switch so that mobs will not interfere your work. I know you summon bots to keep it loaded, but do not let them ride the minecart. I think it explains why it broke.
I have a nether mobswitch. It was so boring it didn't make it into the video, but I made it before starting this project. I summoned the bots stationary on the nether roof.

If you could help a bit how to reach the amount of fps that the game remains playable next to all of these machines and could share the mods that you use for fabric because i couldnt find none that are better than optifine in forge.
I copied your list of farms and saw you were missing one. The wandering trader farm combined with void or voidless void trading so you can 'farm' items like the small dripleaf or nautilus shells
