Im not like having a cold kinda sick
But like autoimmune disease kind of sick (lupus) and im dealing well but sometimes at night I can’t sleep well due to overthinking about it even tho one of lupus’s symptoms is oversleeping
This helped calm my nerves abit thank you so much
