It doesn't matter how many 'classic trials' that I watch on YT, with Bultaco's, Fantics, Majesty's and Honda TL's (my first bike was a TL125, it was a bloody heavy lump, but I loved it)..... I always think 'They aren't classics, they are the bikes I remember'. Then you realise that as a 60 year old knacker, you are talking about bikes from 40+ yrs ago!
@@2Wheels-OffRoad I always wanted to get the TL bored out to 150, buy a Sammy Miller hi boy frame, and reduced the weight a bit. In the end, I just bought a more modern, lighter bike 😁
@@stevegill1157 I still have my cousins '75 TL250. At 73 YO it really feels heavy. I put knobby tires on it and use it for trail riding. My '75 Suzuki RL250 on the other hand is substantially lighter, has trials tires, but when it's in my hands it might as well be 500 lbs. the way I ride 😂.
i had a TL125 bored out to 180 in a hi boy frame. But all I remember is trouble really. Kick start ratchet went because of the extra bore! I then moved onto Bultaco and my ride improved considerably!
Happy New Year from Australia., very much enjoying watching your trials vlogs
Glad you like them! Happy new year to you!
Nice Vid 🙂 Superfast editing too!
Great to meet you Darrell! Long term admirer of your work. Cheers Phil
Already it's going to be a good one, right in the beginning you show TL250 😀. Thanks again, love the twin shocks and your video editing is very nice.
The TL250 had to be the cover shot this time! Thanks.

Exactly! I'm riding a Bultaco 199b because it came out when I was in my prime in 1981. I always wanted a new one then so I restored one now instead!

Wish I had kept the TL though 😁
