I went to my local B&BW to smell the spring candles and, I agree, A LOT of them smelled really weak. I’m glad to see Bergamot and Birch is back. And Fresh Cut Lilacs usually does well too. And Pink Lavender and Espresso 😊
Paused at 8:55. Ouuu, this is gonna be good! I’m gonna save the rest for during supper.😅 The picture you showed of your store looks exactly like mine. A little cramped, but effective.
Pretty in pink !! 🎀 I get it haha it’s so close to Perfect in Pink haha 😅 I keep saying it that way too and makes me want to watch that movie haha Molly Grenwahl 😂 no goodness
Hello 👋🏽 90 day? I thought we could return or exchange within 60 days? 🤷♀️🤔 I kept a mental note to try my Candle Day candles and exchange by early Feb...
Agree with you. I got tricked into almost buying the sweetheart cherry fragrance mist but then was like “too preteen for me.” It was the packaging that got me.
I know you don’t buy Goosecreek, but if you ever changed your mind the new Ruv’s a Mystery from their Scooby Doo collection is VERY similar to Pink Lavender Espresso.
Hi Sarita. I too am glad not to see tropical out in January. Made no sense last year! Valentine's Day makes much more sense lol. I have a handful of unused candles to exchange as well, but I'm leery about exchanging my Paris Amour Emily in Paris one since it was reduced during SAS, even though I bought it prior to then. Will I look like an arse trying to exchange that candle? I also have two Evergreen & Fir along with a Frosted Forest. Those two were gone before SAS so hopefully no issues there?
@coffeecandles3359 Perfect! I'm going in store on Wednesday to pick up a BOPIS and will do the exchanges then. I have the receipt for two of them, and an email order confirmation for the other two. I wish they'd simplify their online order exchange process in store. I'm always that one holding up the line with my online exchanges 😂
@ agreeeeeee. I even stand around sometimes to wait for there to be no line. It is a TERRIBLE process. And given how easy it is at, say, Costco, Target, Sephora…pretty much everywhere, it’s really not ok! It’s the one super-outdated aspect of the company right now.
The commerce of bbw that drives me bonkers is the list price vs sales. Don’t price stuff for $26 when people actually pay $12. The games of it all are so tedious
I get it, but I think the thought is to set the price high so that they can offer many and varied sale points. Again that might also sound stupid, but even sales are somewhat interesting, and “waiting for the right one, etc”. If there was only one sale point, it would get boring 😉

Pouring a glass of wine and settling in to watch lol.
Agree 100%!!! I love to see companies succeed! AND, Pink Lavender and Espresso could burn in my home every day. I just love it❤
Agreed-love grapefruit & peach, but the latest offering is sour & perfumed (to my nose). Thanks for sharing! R 🤎☕️🕯️
0MG! The sweetheart colab takes the cake. So cute!!
Thanks for the video! I’m going to try that Vanilla Coconut candle. Sounds nice. I hope we get another great black history collection this year.
Hi Serita!! Thank you another long video!! My fave!!🥰🍿☕️
It came back as “purple bubble”😂😂 you crack me up!!
Hi Serita !! 😊 yay excited to watch let’s talk!! 😅

Gosh I wish I did, because there are so many GC candles catching my eye right now!!

Do it now! That Emily candle will only become more obsolete. And if you have a receipt, no problem. I didn’t get side eye.
