To be honest, no one of these laws suprised me, all of them were created for clear reasons. Either to deal with a disturbance of people's peace or to deal with a situation where people are put in danger.

Hi from Ukraine! I am so sorry for you that one silly law may ruin your weekend plans. Why won't you try to walk or ride a pig instead?😜 The pig isn't supposed to be the cattle, right? It would be more than funny, especially for the audience. Please, no offence, I just share my childhood experience😁 I'm curious, if I decided to walk a cow being drunk, would I be fined for one crime or two? and if it happed quietly in the library? 😁 I'm not familiar with the laws, but it reminds me. Many years ago, when I started to work as a gynaecologist, a woman came for an abortion. She was 16 or 17, so as a minor she needed one parent's written permission for the operation according to our law. And it didn't matter that she had already had two children😁 Thank you so much for your thought-provoking performance and sorry for my weird sense of humour. Have a great day🤗

Non-natives English Teachers can teach better than Natives is a flagrant reality. However,
this doesn't matter because what matters in the end is the passport from one of the Western countries. No matter how qualified you are, if you are not born in a particular country, all of your education, qualifications, experience, and certification go vapid. *A friendly IELTS test was, namely, conducted in a university, and a gigantic majority of non-natives outweigh natives in scoring high bands.*
In the Middle East, the trend is changing toward their citizens replacing natives. Expatriates have still no chance, so it's about Natives or Citizens.
Many Natives in the schools are plumbers, electricians, etc., but they have passports. Many a time, I have observed their lessons, they have no idea of how to teach. I am not implying all natives are incapable of teaching; of course, there are good teachers.
I might be amiss; I am open to other notions.
    Thank you for reading.

      Dear Muzammal,
Thank you for articulating your thoughts on this complex and sensitive matter. While I acknowledge the validity of your observations regarding certain hiring practices, I must respectfully disagree with the overarching conclusion that non-native English teachers are inherently better educators than native speakers.
It is true that non-native teachers often bring a wealth of experience, linguistic awareness, and pedagogical expertise to the classroom, especially when they themselves have undergone the process of learning English as a second language. However, it would be an oversimplification to suggest that native speakers, by virtue of their nationality alone, are less qualified or effective as educators. Many native English teachers possess extensive training in language instruction and are highly capable of fostering linguistic proficiency in diverse educational contexts.
Additionally, while IELTS results may provide valuable insights into language competence, they should not be regarded as a definitive measure of one's teaching ability. Teaching is a multifaceted skill that encompasses far more than linguistic accuracy; it involves an understanding of pedagogy, communication strategies, and cultural sensitivity, all of which can be found in both native and non-native teachers alike.
Regarding your mention of native teachers without formal qualifications, while there may be anecdotal evidence of such instances, I believe it is important to avoid generalizations that might undermine the contributions of skilled native teachers who are committed to their professional development and the success of their students.
I appreciate your openness to different perspectives, and I wholeheartedly agree that the quality of education should be prioritized above all else. Ultimately, the best teachers, whether native or non-native, are those who demonstrate passion, dedication, and an ability to inspire and engage their students.
Thank you once again for inviting dialogue on this relevant subject.
      Kind regards,
      Miguel

@@miguelangel__cg If you read my comment with open eyes and mind, with due respect, you must not libel us with what I did not write.
I have never used the word "inherently", or many other words that you used to misunderstand the notions that I presented.
What I mentioned witnessed or experienced with no parting ways.
Well, it has no value to me what others think of my views. In the end, reality can't be changed, though there are many versions of it.
      Thank you for reading.

@@englishwithmuzammal3596 Thank you for taking the time to clarify your perspective. I appreciate the opportunity to address any misunderstandings that may have arisen. My intention was never to misrepresent or misinterpret your words, and I deeply regret if it came across that way. I recognize the importance of engaging with others' viewpoints in a manner that is both respectful and accurate.
I will certainly review your comment more carefully, with the openness and attentiveness that it deserves. While we may hold differing interpretations, I agree that reality, though often seen through varied lenses, remains constant.
Thank you again for your response, and for offering me the chance to reflect on our exchange.

    • @englishwithmuzammal3596
      @englishwithmuzammal3596 21 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

@@miguelangel__cg My point of view is simple and clear with simple language: equal opportunity. We know that we don't choose our country, name, language, parents, and passports. Discrimination on such causes is just an open invitation for physical and mental pain for those trying to make a little difference in the lives of learners.
Teaching is already not a well-paid or well-dignity-given job. In other countries, teachers live on the meagre payslip, but they keep going, for they want to bring change in the lives of the students.
When they face such challenges after having all the demanded qualifications, experience, and references, then they have no other option than to move to other businesses with a heavy heart and soul, and as a result, they would never allow their children to follow suit.
This debate can go on and on. It's a vicious circle or an interminable galimatias.
      That's all.
      Thank you for reading it.
