Greetings from TURKEY !!! Great training video bro !!! Waiting for many many similar videos from you like this frequently !! 100 points over 100 points !! Keep working hard!!
Love this video - especially like the GB coach workout, so useful. Cheers for the response too, going to use that tip when I feel like throwing in the towel 🧺
@@RaulRatcliffe06 Keep it up! Stay positive and keep working hard! Thanks mate, more content coming 👊 Got something good coming as well to help you guys out
One of the biggest things to work on as LB/LWB is 1 vs 1 defending. Try and get a partner who is decent a dribbling to keep going at you. That'll help you improve. Another thing is to work on your leaping ability when the ball is crossed in and work on your weak foot so you can cut inside comfortably. Hope this helps!
@@tafazolli yeah Thankyou Ryan, I appreciate this, it’s really good to hear from a pro player like yourself as you see this in the current professional game. Keep grinding hard out in Mykonos, and hope all the prep for preseason goes well 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Hey Noah. Thanks for the question! If you watch this video: th-cam.com/video/x7bt2LdHauU/w-d-xo.html I talk about how I visualise & meditate before every game. I also talk about how they have really helped me prepare for games mentally. It helped me score a big goal the 1st time I did them both.
Thanks for the question! I answer this in my latest video. One of the biggest things is to be obsessed with football, playing football all the time. Work harder than everybody else, put in the hours. If other players train 2 hours a day, you train 4 hours. If you say you're going to train, make sure you train. Don't make excuses for yourself. When you make excuses for yourself, that is when doubt starts to creep in and you lose confidence. Make sacrifices e.g. not going out, eating bad foods etc. Build good habits and routines. When you build good habits and stick to them, you build your confidence up. Focus on getting good sleep every night. Another big thing is to work on your mentality. Visualise and meditate before every game. I talk more about visualisation and meditation in this video - th-cam.com/video/x7bt2LdHauU/w-d-xo.html. It's really helped me play better in games. Hope this helps Kerem!
