It's ironic that Elize is actually a long time friend of Noah... Oh well, plot hole.
Storyline:
Noah was originally with Neko, but then they broke up because then Neko found out that Noah was actually with someone else. After a few days, Noah couldn't be with the person that he liked, so he went with Neko because Neko wanted to find someone else. After many days, he finally found Elize. Noah simply had the job of doing the music, but he was still incredibly jealous of them as they sang.
