most of the comments i see here and on other songs from the 80's say how these beautiful songs were and still are. but back in the days when WE (me included) were younger in the 80's, we never really gave songs much attention because we were more into playing games and falling in love (oh how everyone loves that feeling during those teenage days). it is only now that we've grown old that we then realize how these songs were played during THOSE SPECIAL MOMENTS in our lives that we get to reminisce today. it has always been the memory that these song bring back to us now that we are older and how we miss our younger days when we had so much energy doing things. so sad to see how time passed us by so fast.

Incredible. I was in 4th grade when this was on the radio. Rediscovered this song on Sirius satellite, New Years Eve 2010-11 while on a break conducting karaoke at a bar. As it started I heard the first few words and kept it going through my head the entire time until I could get on my computer and type the lyrics in! This song is pure magic.

Yes, this guys voice definitely reminded me of Stephen Bishop. The Tootsie songs and remember On and on from the late 70s? I loved that stuff!
