My best guess is that more often than not the worshipers will indeed connect to something. If one opens himself to and invites a connection to “whatever”, I have no doubt that something will connect. Especially if one insists acting as if the Way and the Truth haven’t been discovered to us and we must keep looking see what’s out there wishing to have access to our good souls and minds.
Thanks for sharing such a nice video. Beautiful way of thinking, path in between my spiritual activities. I liked your video and SUBSCRIBED to your Channel.

Hello! If you get in touch with the World Office they'll be able to put you in touch with Quakers in Brazil. You can contact them via their website at: fwcc.world/
Am I correct in saying that all Quakers believe in a god but their beliefs about who or what a god is a personal opinion or view? Do Quakers have their own bible? Just curious.
Not all Quakers would class themselves as Christian and not all meetings will have a copy of the Bible in worship. Some may have other texts as well. Yes, some Quakers identify as athiest. Some may prefer to call God by a different name e.g. The Light, Good(ness).
@@JMThought Thank you for your reply. I'll read more from the link. If some Quakers are athiest, would the Quaker faith be classed as a religion? Athiests being non religious?
@@anyananningramamurthy2694 Sounds like Quakers have become a religion unto themselves then?, aka Satan from these videos. (Satan being defined as any deception, or any untrue thing.) It seems Quakers have a big issue with defining what is truth within their organisation in the modern era. The words of Jesus Christ that the early Quakers so admired have clearly have been thrown out for inclusiveness? Sorry if this sounds blunt, but it appears you have become more of a club than a faith?, as in a faith you must define what you believe in, what is true to one is true to all in a faith. But you all believe in different things, some dont even believe there is a God (hence are atheist). From the outside it comes across as a bit of a mockery...? Maybe you cannot understand my viewpoint. I can understand the need not to go to Church if you are a Christian, the words of Jesus Christ take preference. But as a collective it would appear the Quakers of the modern era indeed do not follow Christ, and have drifted further away from his teachings. To love God is the 1st commandment of Christ, this does not mean you write God out of existence - quite the contrary. I am not a member of any religious organisation, but do aspire to be Christian in the Lords Judgement. I believe the forefathers of Quakery would want to disown what this organisation is becoming in the modern era.. Just my opinion. Much love hope to you but i believe the more you drift from Christ, the more satanic your organisation will become.

It is probably one of the best religious groups. I am an Ignostic, not Agnostic. An Ignostic does not recognize the question of God as valid, so he does not need to accept or renounce it. I have a great deal of experience with different religious groups, from Buddhist monks to Muslims, Sufis, Christians, and Ultra-Orthodox Jews. Religion is a social construction that is used to control humans. As a humanist, I oppose all systems or ideas that try to control people. Although I find the Quakers very liberal and very little dogmatic. Good luck
Nope. Quakerism in the West has moved drastically away from it's Christian roots. They believe that God is in everyone but who or what God is different to everybody. However it's worth noting that in other parts of the world, Quakerism is still strictly Christian in doctrine. It's quite vast. (I'm not Quaker just interested in different beliefs)
There are many things that Quakers have in common with Buddhists but meditation and meetings for worship are different things. We we do work together on occasion, but we have different roots and traditions. There are plenty of people who find spiritual enrichment in both practices. Here is one example: www.friendsjournal.org/the-zen-of-quakerism/
For me finding God is the purpose of being alive. There is so much noise in this world. The way Quakers search for peace they end up finding God
"You have to make yourself vulnerable.... in order to have a spiritual experience."

Great, but why the background music??? Completely unnecessary and intrusive
Beautiful.
Wonderful video. Thank you.

Come to the TRUE faith of the Catholic Church. Jesus said, "Come to me all you who labor and are burden, and I will give you rest."

I thought Quakers were followers of Christ? This seems very esoteric. Do they not believe that Jesus is the only way to the father?

Some Sufi thinkers say there are as many paths to god as there are people! All ideas that excuse others are despotic!
Looks like Buddhist meditation
