They’re very practical if you’ve got coat hangars laying around! I don’t think they’d be great weblines unfortunately because they are pretty heavy - but I haven’t tried!
You gotta try to balance the figure on top, if they have a cape I put the wire between the back of the figure and the cape, if they don’t have a cape I put it between the leg and the crotch piece, but with some figures it’s harder than others, you really just have to try different things until something works
That’s a really good idea. The way it is now it does scratch a bit, especially if you have the wire exposed and the figure is a bright color like yellow. My Jean Grey is actually a bit scuffed from the stand. Doesn’t make much difference to me but if you wanna keep your figures pristine you should definitely do this!
@@DJ50068 That too definitely. That would help with figures like Nightcrawler who got a lot of space between the leg and the hip - he is a pain to get stable but this would totally help
Mate I saw your display videos as wanted inspiration for posing and wondered how you made those! Will be trying!
Awesome!
What if i do not have piliers

Unfortunately I do recommend buying pliers or a multitool if you don't have one 😢
this is awesome man
Thanks!
Do these stands work with DC Multiverse Mcfarlane figures.
Yeah you can use them for pretty much any figures!
Works in a pinch!
Now I halfway wonder how it'd look if you tried using one as a webline for a Spider-Man

8:22 Jean's a little...tight😬
😭
Im late to this but ima try to make it
Hope the video helped!
It did
How to hang it on if it dosent balance do i stick it to the hips?
You have to wedge the stand into the figure, and then figure out the balance by bending the stand until it doesn’t fall
how do you hold the wire on the doll

@@ddisplays thanks
I’d put some tape on the tip so not to scratch

@@ddisplays also I think the tape provides a bit more stability for the wire to hold in place.

I am going to do it🫡
Let me know how it comes out!
Because I can't see, not because your hand was in front of me
No problem 😂
