#1 This one would be good for those who have troubles with stairs. It also has the best views outside. Needs definitely a loft bed. A loft bed allows you to 'double' the space it takes up. Bed on top while one could have a desk under it. Or what else you need instead. Also, would need doweling in the windows as a secondary lock. One could have two of them. With the second one being a bit shorter to be able to have a sliver of the window open for a breeze while sleeping. Also if those screens could be removed. I would put two of those laundry arms onto the fence and use that for drying laundry. Even in the winter. . #2 One of those closets could be used as part of the kitchen. Like as in a pantry. The tub room great for the summer when you don't want a lot of moisture coming into the rest of the apartment from the room. Plus, having a breeze while showering feels nice in warm weather at times. That upper window above the laundry areas. I would hate to have to try and clean the inside of it. Tooo high up. . #3 I would have a loft bed in this one. Plus with permission I would have a safety gate installed. I also noticed that the bottom set of stairs could be used for shoes as well. I would be using that closet by the washing machine for both a pantry and a linen closet. Despite the lack of nature for the view. And having the stairs(bad back here disabled). This one would be the best for me. I would be able to store tinned goods in that one closet. I prefer a space where I would not have to worry about my underthings being stolen from me while I have them drying. I also would have to have a pair of removable hooks at the front door to put a folding cart there.
