very good hand work. you are lucky this not always works if the cpu is faulty. the problem is between the cpu and ram the pop package that has balls around the edge on ram and when the cpu heats up the ram bends upwards and create fractures in the bonds of bga. and also the cpu soldering under that connects to pcb has lead free alloy this is not good for cpu. i recommend 60/40 leaded because leaded has more flexibility. if you can get hand on look for koki brand it is japan very good. the resin flux that i recommend for cpu is qualitek pf600 many board makers using this for bga and other ics qfn tsop etc
