Let’s not make any mistakes or deviate here, GameStop’s NUMBER UNO issue is the Trade-In Value System. That alone has nuked and continues to nuke GameStop’s customer loyalty
The game stop in my city closed during the pandemic. It hasn't reopened at all. There's one at the mall but I haven't checke dit out. And I really don't need to because I'm all for digital purchases.
Place blew from the start, hardcore gamers worth their salt play PC games, not games using a 8 button controller an 8 year old can play. learn a faking computer, quit being a weenie.
@@aname959 That's not how it works. That's outdated material. The customer can be wrong. Customers don't always make the right decisions. In the business you need to make profit or you won't succeed. Opening a box of a new product and then trading it in, you need to profit from that. You can't please the customer by simply saying will give you 45$ for this when it sells for 69.99 new unopened. Not here to defend Gamestop but a lot of you "gamers" don't have a clue on how to run a business. Why would you buy new then trade it in for $30.00 that's a bad decision on your part but there are people who will do this. Then they complain they got ripped off and say "bad service"
@@projectfreedom9510 that’s not what I mean. I’m was saying that companies can’t just completely neglect the customers if they do that they will lose money. For example I don’t like going places if they have a bad website.

No, they are still doomed. Inflated stock prices do not mean that they have a sustainable model forward. Within 6 months the stock will be back in the cellar.

It's their own fault they failed because they became greedy 15, years ago you could trade a used $25 game and get atleast $7 now you trade a brand new $50 game you would be lucky to get $10 that's why I and everyone I know hates GAME STOP
They would've failed much faster if internet service providers weren't in monopolies and actually competitive where every state had at least 5+ providers to choose from and the majority of folks had fast broadband. Access and speed of broadband is they key to gamestop survival and customers eventually moving on from disc to digital.
Hate going to gamestop. Me: can I get mario all stars? Them: did you pre-order? Me: no Them:would you like to donate? Me: no Them: would you like protection plan? Me:...no I just want to buy it Them: would you like some stickers for a dollar? Me: no! Them: sorry we just sold our last copy of mario all stars
I wonder where these Gamestops are where people are having these experiences. I just bought my copy of All Stars and all they asked me was if I wanted the protection plan.
That's literally how video game prices work. When a game is in high-demand (usually because it's new) and the supply stays normal, prices go up. GameStop's problem has never been the prices they sell games for. Matter of fact, they often sell used consoles and games cheaper than OfferUp, Craigslist or Amazon and Ebay.
@@alia7750 But how do they rip you off? Games are not more expensive there than they are anywhere else. Often the opposite. And when you sell them a game, they take it off your hands right then and there. Of course they won't give you as much money as if you sold it yourself. You have to create a listing, pick a fair price and wait for someone to buy it. And you have to arrange to meet up with the buyer or ship the game. Gamestop takes care of the sale for you and gives you a cut. It's simple business.
@@spht9ng judging from the comments section, the customers still FEEL ripped off. This doesn't built a good relationship or loyalty with the customer. Also they sell opened games (without wrap) as "new" which always felt like another ripoff to me
@BxxDxx Hoodoo it's all relative on demand. If you trade in a game within a month or two after launch, it will be more sought after than if you wait a year or 2. People tend to want to play the newest titles. Also if a game has a sequel coming out or whatever, that usually gives a bit of a boost in the previous game of the series too.
It's the stupid attitude that's poisoning your brains. I wish Gamestop would just stop doing trades all together so people stop complaining. All new items, no use products. Would that make everyone happy?
Not that this excuses this, but if you're wondering why, corporate forces stores to unbox one copy of the title to shelve the empty box. And a lot of times that copy would end up being the last one. The plus side though... Not much difference between a new and used title anymore. Usually employees will put any inserts with the disc so they cannot get stolen, and unless the game is really old then the case is usually fine.
The downfall is a lot of corporations never think about & or prepare for the future. It shows selfishness & poor leadership at the very core when companies like Game Stop try to figure out how do we survive the winds of change after the storm has passed..
To be fair, unless they perhaps started their own publishing company, how can you ever adapt to online games? Gamestop was simply the middleman. Middlemen are all eventually cut.
@@cassideyousley406 I feel like they could have moved and tried to make a steam-like launched for PC, supported indie games and took a cut of the revenue, upped trade in values, cut down store amounts, turned the stores into more community centers where people come together to game and hang out like a club instead of just coming in to buy games. They also could have improved their online store and invested into classic video games much earlier, such as a GoG like system where you can purchase old video games digitally or buy physical ones in-store. Making limited run physical editions of games could be good and exclusive collectors editions would also be nice.
@@cassideyousley406 Well that's just you being lazy. That's not ripping people off. I actually had 3 movies a day. All you need to do is burn them & drop them back off after. So yeah that's on you not them.

Remember who really benefits from Gamestop's demise, publishers who don't want you to be able to buy used games at all. I'm old, I still like physical games since I actually own something with value rather than a digital copy that can be revoked at the whim of a company.
Theres plenty of used game stores around owned by gamers. In the Seattle area where I live we have two locally owned chains. Pink Gorilla and Another Castle. Both offer much better selection of games, better prices, and MUCH better customer service. The owner of Pink Gorilla actually posts videos on TH-cam teaching people how to avoid buying counterfeit games.
Yea I like have the physical version of games if i can help it. Not counting Steam, I only bought one console game digital (New Horizons) since I didn't feel comfortable going to the store at the time due to the outbreak.
Dude seriously. I have all my favorite movies and series on dvd or bluray, all my favorite books in physical form, all my games in physical form. U never know when a hard drive will malfunction or a company will disable or edit media
You can still buy physical games on Amazon. I seriously don't think this will continue when the PS6 comes out though, more and more people are buying digital.
This is one of the most poorly researched and narrated videos you've ever made, CNBC. The narrator spent most of it reiterating the same points over and over again. He failed to identify why people don't like to go into Gamestop (the overpricing, the cluttered nature of the stores and the relentless salespeople asking you to buy the magazine in years past). He said people buy games online because they can use cloud storage to save, which isn't true. Finally, he contradicted himself at the end saying that Xbox Series X and PS5 won't bail the company out, while failing to mention the shortages that the systems will surely have. The narrator was clearly reading from a script full of industry buzzwords that someone unfamiliar with the industry wrote.
You do download the games from the provider to be honest, and you can just delete to open up storage space, but you will still have the game because you own it....
TRUE! Clearly someone who was assigned the story, and not actually interested in the company or the industry. Sales tactics, poor store organization... the poor web infrastructure and lack of customer support for their web services. They blow over the Microsoft deal in the beginning like this isn't a huge pivot for the brick and mortar stores. The bit that the consumer is going to see. Not the best video to say the least.
Not to mention that their "analysts" bought a gaming chair and own a console - they are now experts in the community. Not to take too much away from them - they're probably nice people and likely understand the financials behind what GS is _saying_ what's happening - the reality is all through the comments section of this video - people don't like doing business with GS. If the experience was better and prices paid for used gear/software was better I think it could survive (at least longer than it would without those changes) - I really don't know anyone who "likes" to go to GS - they want a game today and either they don't want to download it or don't have an easy way to pay for it on-line. Even buying t-shirts and Funko stuff is an ordeal - the sales never ring up correctly or items are in the wrong bin - when you think you're going to end up spending $50 for a couple t-shirts and a figure it'll be $70. Most of the time you leave thinking - I could have bought on Amazon and save $20-30....
7:40 is well said though. They interviewed others at least who knew more. 10:20 amazon had a discover cross promotion and put switch first party games on sale. Gamestop can only exploit pre-owned stuff for pennies and is a dated model. 11:20 interview better than nothing. This vid isn't that bad. Whatever he goofs or doesn't answer I feel others did for most. 12:13 collectibles market is at least fair. No Lego Mario of course lol
Xbox series x and PS5 will not bail the company out just because they sell out like hotcakes. GameStop, as a physical brick and mortar store, has a lot of overhead and they're limited by supply side (quantity of new consoles). GameStop sold out of both PS5 and Series X preorders in seconds, but that does not mean the business is doing well given their enormous costs. Go look at their 2019 quarterly report lmao they are not gonna be miraculously saved by a new console launch. And once supply stabilizes and new consoles are ubiquitous a year from now, I guarantee people will look to other retailers such as Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart for their new devices and GameStop as a last resort, especially since you'll almost certainly get free shipping for spending that much.
Why doesn’t GameStop invest what money they have left to become a streaming service itself, it could buy rights to games instead of copies to sell. Close and shrink existing stores to a digital interface of screens where you can pick what games you want but all of the games are stored in the back. Less rent and overhead per store to maintain their presence in the industry.
I would say it's a hard market to crack. Why would anyone go to GameStop streaming as opposed to Steam, Epic games, GOG etc? And knowing GameStop they'd charge you rip off prices. Also the expertise to set that up I doubt they would have. GameStop deserve to die off to be honest. They aren't even competitive with normal retailers in Australia, here EB Games is known as a rip off. I only go there as a last resort.
are you high? your paying more digital than used physical. I bought deus ex human revolution and bio shock infinite for $4 at a game stop last year. deus ex human revolution itself goes for $19 on steam.
@@unicorntomboy9736 At the end of the day, its all personal preference. I know its convenient as hell to be able to switch games without having to put any disc or change them. I just personally like owning physical copies of games.

Well they really didn't cover the way they treat their employees, policies during the CV. kind of glossed over the trade-in program which you'd have to be pretty dumb to do regularly - even with eBay fees you'd almost always make out better selling vs. trading-in - you would likely do better selling at a garage sale compared to the value given at GS. From the financials perspective they covered most-if-not-all the bases - if you know a bit more about the culture then you know the other reasons - primarily that you know you're getting ripped off when you go there as a customer but have few other options. For our family (I'm the one with the wallet) we make GameStop our "last stop" after Target, BestBuy, and even WalMart. On (very) rare occasion they (GS) will have a "special edition" that my kids want but even then they'll say that's too much for what you get and get the "regular" one...

I agree with you Smash JT, it seems to me like CNBC has a short interest in GME. All I see is negative stories and how GameStop is doomed to fail. And people believe them and think a business can’t adapt to a changing market. Seems like a little bit of manipulation is going on.
luvin nana ryan Cohen, who started from scratch (chewy.com) managed to outsell Amazon with online dog products, is buying up everything to own 50% so he can turn GameStop around... this was like 2-4 weeks ago. New consoles always make GameStop increase in stock price. Most likely stock manipulation.
@luvin nana “about someone buying up shares”? Not just anyone... someone that started chewy.com and managed to build it all the way up to outsell Amazon regarding DOG TOYS AND SUPPLIES. Is that not exactly what I just said regarding gme? The new consoles will make the stock increase because they always do, but I never said it will stay up... And you yourself just described why GameStop’s stock increases during new gen; because it’s the presumption that their business is going to increase when the new consoles come out.
@luvin nana really all I have to say is, just look at the stock has increased nearly 200% in the last 2 months... enough information that you need to know that GameStop isn’t going anywhere anytime in the immediate future. 6 months to a year... at least another holiday season or two which is plenty to make money off of the market... not to mention the shorts... way extended.. 64 million shares and 68 million shorts bought...

It feels rewarding to have something physical in your hands. I will admit things will go downhill for them unless they change. The day my local GameStop closes, is the day GameStop dies for me.
gamestop's number one issue is that they focus on current gen games and consoles instead of previous gen games and consoles. previous gen games from wii back to nes can't be downloaded on the consoles and that's why independent local game stores are thriving. they carry previous gen games and consoles in their stores whereas gamestop doesn't hardly carry anything if at all in their stores

As much as people complain about it the selling culture is not what is losing gamestop money. Consumer preferences have changed and Gamestop has been slow to respond, that’s it.

Me and most of my friends rather physical. That way you can share, and having the boxes just looks awesome on the TV set. Also, all digital makes you run out of storage relatively fast and have you seen the prices of external SSDs, you can buy a whole new console. Digital us the way the gaming industry wants us to consume not the way most people want to consume. You're looking at it as an outsider. Nevertheless, it's true they need to cater more specifically to pre Fortnite gamers not to get lost on an online business in which they're set to fail. I mean, Sony and MS both have their own stores set as default on their consoles, why would I be interested in downloading GameStop's marketplace and downloading my games from there?
@@luisfer9361 Nah dude average 13 year old kid don't care about physical. Also why download the game when you can stream it? That's the future of gaming, just like Spotify you pay a monthly subscription and play it online.
@@unboxmuseumm that's exactly what I mean. You'll agree with me that they can't compete in that area. So they'll need to specialize in the niche I described or go bust.
Only time will tell. That's what people said about music 20 years ago, when digital music was to overtake physical media. It did for a period, but there has been a resurgence for records and CDs recently (records had the highest sales this year, it was recent in the news).
LuisFer the new agreement with Microsoft allows them to profit share on Xbox customers throughout the life of the customer. I’m not so sure they need to compete as much as just ride the wave of Xbox revenue from Microsoft.
I'm not going digital I just can't stand feeling like I'm bring harrassed out of my wallet so I skip them and just get my games at bestbuy or offer up for used games
Hey current Gamestop employee here, much to my own chagrin (the poor job market won't let me get out at the moment.) On a retail employee level, we're very much in agreement with the vast majority of customers that the trade market is HOT garbage, and there's no light at the end of the tunnel in terms of improving customer-end benefit for trade-in values. At best it's a predatory practice that takes advantage of low-income households that just need that extra $6 in store credit to make their kid stop crying because he/she wants the newest NBA or Mario game. Unfortunately, the claim that pre-owned is GS's bulk profit is true, and that's why trade values stay as low as possible, in order to bump up that 40% profit margin ever so slightly. From my perspective, Gamestop would be better suited in today's market by converting a majority of stores to a more Apple-style retail experience, with digital kiosks that allow customers to browse titles by category (new releases, best sellers, upcoming titles, etc.) while letting them read about the game, watch trailers and gameplay videos, and read reviews, while placing orders from the same kiosk (wow it printed out a digital code I can put into the playstation store, or wow i just hit a button and here comes an employee with my game, ready to take my payment!) Maybe even strike a deal with Steam to allow the selling of digital PC game keys that you can pay cash for? The stores seem to be stuck in 2007 from a business and aesthetic standpoint. A more modern, minimal design with multiple demo units to allow guests to try things before they buy would work wonders for the company; I can't tell you how many kids would wander into our store pre-pandemic to play the Playstation or Switch demo unit, then beg their parents for the game they were just playing. And as far as pre-orders go, it's a frustrating, archaic business practice that used to serve the purpose of gauging how interested the general public was in a certain piece of software, so the company could then plan accordingly on how many copies to purchase for sale from the publishers and know which regions of the country to send them to, but with the advent of social media and mass internet usage, the numbers and interest are right there for the company to look at sans pre-order. Unfortunately they're too stubborn to let go of that $5 down that "guarantees a return customer" because hey they got $5 for doing nothing, even though someone that's interested in a game will come in regardless on release day expecting to see it there, only to be greeted with the dreaded "Well did you pre-order...?" And unfortunately the company doesn't have the capital necessary to send every store X number of Fate Extella discs, unlike the big box guys like Best Buy and Target, so they're locked into their ineffective pre-order routine for the foreseeable future. For some reason, the company that deals in technology is either afraid to embrace modern tech, or they're too ignorant of the way the tech industry functions nowadays to understand the importance of using the internet to our advantage. In fact, we laid off about 50% of our IT and customer service departments during the height of the pandemic closures. Why? Because they'd rather let go of a crucial component of our company than take any amount of pay cuts in order to keep the company afloat. The sad truth is that the upper management of the company has no idea what they're doing, or what kind of business they're trying to run, because all they see is the numbers from the glory days of 2007 and the practices that brought those numbers to fruition (because those sales couldn't have possibly been dependent on the Nintendo Wii, or an avalanche of highly-anticipated software... /sarcasm.) So on behalf of all GameStop employees, I deeply apologize to the public for the way we do business because in order for us to keep our jobs and pay our bills, we have to "make those numbers happen," which means pitching Pro cards, pre-orders, and warranty attach in a way that's starting to feel a lot like a drive-thru "...do you want fries with that?" George Sherman. Boy. If you see this hit me up. I have ideas for you since you clearly have none.
One HUGE thing they didn’t cover is another major reason people are switching to digital, which is game sharing. This can be done on Xbox and Ps4. It allows me to buy an online game on my account and it can be downloaded onto 2 consoles at the same time as long as it’s set up correctly. This allows both me and my brother to play the same game at the same time on 2 consoles with only buying 1 copy. Buying physical is completely dead unless you like to look at a disc sleeve that is more then likely going to collect dust for years to come after your done buying the game. Also if you game share with a family member or friend it is WAY cheaper then buying the physical disc lmfao
2 people can pitch in $30 each for a brand new game and play it on their console at anytime. Or you go to GameStop together and buy 1 $60 copy each and end up spending $120. Another point that wasn’t touch on was the fact that even if you buy the physical disc the game is downloaded to the hard drive anyway with the restriction of only being able to play the game with the disc. With all of this being said the pro to buying physical is to have a disc sleeve, but it come with many cons. Buying digital is the only thing that makes any sense moving forward into 2021.
@@cactusjack2264 exactly! Basically everything is going to get devalued dramatically. So once I buy something most of the time I just keep it, unless I can give it to some in need or will actually appreciate it.

I'll tell you one thing that I like about Gamestop. On several occasions, I've seen the employees warn parents that the games they were buying for their kids were rated M and not intended for people under 17. The parents still bought the games, probably to avoid having their kids throw tantrums in the store. But because they warn the parents, it shows that they do try to be responsible.

Game Stop
Why is GameStop failing because they sold used game for $5 less than the new $60 ones.
Nope they’ve been doing that for decades
That's literally how video game prices work. When a game is in high-demand (usually because it's new) and the supply stays normal, prices go up. GameStop's problem has never been the prices they sell games for. Matter of fact, they often sell used consoles and games cheaper than OfferUp, Craigslist or Amazon and Ebay.
@@spht9ng doesn’t even have to be high demand they still rip you off.

Cause nobody wants them
That's what old copies of Madden and Fifa are worth.
@BxxDxx Hoodoo doubt it
@BxxDxx Hoodoo it's all relative on demand.
Every time I bought a “new” game from GameStop they had always given me an open box game... I haven’t bought anything there since 2017
Not that this excuses this, but if you're wondering why, corporate forces stores to unbox one copy of the title to shelve the empty box. And a lot of times that copy would end up being the last one.
The plus side though... Not much difference between a new and used title anymore. Usually employees will put any inserts with the disc so they cannot get stolen, and unless the game is really old then the case is usually fine.

Thatd be hard especially now that xbox and playstation have their own in console streaming services for a fairly reasonable price
They should have but they did not adjust in time.

I still play 2K18 MLB, & I’m up to the 2022 season. I just like to keep & play older games on PS4 Pro
Digital games is amazing because I never have to worry about my disc getting scratched/lost
Or having it in the disc drive just to play the game lol.
GME TO THE MOOONNNNN🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀
Why'd they make it sound like the Xbox one was Microsoft's first console
lol I caught that too. "They decided to enter the market" like.....where were you dude? Should have had an actual gamer run through their script
Well it's because it's called the Xbox "One". Duh! (Yeah it's a stupid name...)
I'm convinced they did this on purpose to get us to comment on their video more leading to more, user interaction.
Its not all about trading a physical copy back in. Its also nostalgia and recognising account hacks and flaws. Its often about something tangible and potential for refund...
I buy Disc version most of time still... for one reason if anything ever happens to my internet I'm solid I can just play it offline without having to authenticate if I bought or not.
The future is online business not physical it’s the digital age
They'd need to buy studios and plenty of rights and use AWS or Google or MS server services not taking into account they'd also be their competitors. That's the reason I didn't even mention streaming because it's absolutely STUPID for GameStop to commit to that when that have no capabilities for that business.
I’m not so sure they need to compete as much as just ride the wave of Xbox revenue from Microsoft.
mentioned google stadia, which will be dead within 5 years, but no mention of steam/valve? eh
It’s already dead
@@dylanf3108 its not.
/sarcasm.) So on behalf of all GameStop employees, I deeply apologize to the public for the way we do business because in order for us to keep our jobs and pay our bills, we have to "make those numbers happen," which means pitching Pro cards, pre-orders, and warranty attach in a way that's starting to feel a lot like a drive-thru "...do you want fries with that?"
George Sherman.
Power to the Players!
Well this video didn’t age well
Me: hi I’m trying to sell my ps5 😀
GameStop: I can give you 3 dollars 😑
Lol, facts and they would turn around and resell it for like $1000+
@@cactusjack2264 exactly! Basically everything is going to get devalued dramatically. So once I buy something most of the time I just keep it, unless I can give it to some in need or will actually appreciate it.
You would be lucky to get the three 😂😂
@@hustle2muscle same. I honestly just stopped buying from them.
@@tobydanger86 GameStop is wack lol I would rather play Tetris for 3 hours
Why I don't go to GameStop
Me: Hi I'd like to trade in my game
Gamestop Employee: sure for this game I can give you $19
Me: It just released yesterday and I paid $60 for it
Gamestop Employee: well that's all we can do unless your a gamers club member than we can give you an extra dollar.
Me: ok fine I'll take that then
Gamestop Employee: wait you want cash? I can only give $12 cash, $19 is store credit.
Me:proceeds to see used game on sale for $5 less than full retail price, wtf 😕
Some points:
- it is called Series X and Series S
- no mention Gamepass subscription, with 15M subscribers, it makes an impact on phisical game sales
“Looking to expand its realm beyond the PC, Microsoft debuted the Xbox One”
This comes across as someone who thought this is Microsoft’s first console...
This made zero sense to me, until I realized they must think the XBOX 1 means it was the first Xbox 🤦♂️
Why Gamestop is failing? One word: Steam.
And pretty much every game console has a online store.
No, it’s cause they didn’t adapt. They could have made an online presence and been their own steam
This aged badly
I'll tell you one thing that I like about Gamestop. On several occasions, I've seen the employees warn parents that the games they were buying for their kids were rated M and not intended for people under 17. The parents still bought the games, probably to avoid having their kids throw tantrums in the store. But because they warn the parents, it shows that they do try to be responsible.
They have to warn the parents by law.
Though I don’t shop there anymore I can’t get around a digital game. I just love being able to feel a physical copy and for it sit on my shelf with all the other ones I have.
It’s like Walmart vs amazon or blockbuster vs netflix
But Walmart is doing pretty well honestly. You can't go wrong with their prices and AMAZING customer support.
Oh boy, how the turntables
Im glad gamestop went other .This is result of bad evil business practices. Buying a game from customers for 20 dollars then selling that same games for 54.99. Also I got tired of going in gamestop and being asked a hundred questions before I purchased a game. Now I have all my physical games shipped to me by Amazon thst I receive on launch day . Alot better .
Same here. I think most ppl have their games shipped through an online purchase.
That you receive on launch day maybe 50% of the time. I stopped doing launch day buys at Amazon after they sent Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Splatoon 2 a day and 3 days late respectively.
@@TheLastLineLive everytime I order i get it on launch day . Your situation must be unique. Also all my friends use Amazon for games and they receive there's on launch day.
@@scaldon2 definitely not, I know several people that didn't get Mario 3d all stars on launch day, I know one that didn't get it until the Tuesday after, despite preordering the day preorders opened.
Gamestop is the Blockbuster of video games; a short squeeze won't save a failing business model, which means a lot of the recent comments on this video are moronic.
In 2003, i got seriously ripped off for my trade in. I was 10 years old and didn't think it through. 15 minutes later I realized this and went back to ask if we can undo the damage I just did, especially since I was a regular customer and they knew I came in monthly for purchases. They said there is no way and nothing they can do. my parents got mad AF about it and Since then, I have never stepped foot inside a gamestop, going to best buy instead. Seeing them failing now, all i can do is laugh and look the other way the same way they ripped off so many little kids back in the day.
Ill give them 45 dollars and a piece of bubblegum for all of those closed locations
Their stock just bounced like 20% on a Microsoft deal
Everyone knows stonks only go up.
I made a few bucks from that stock jump.
It's a pump and dump.
@@Otter-Destruction im not familiar with that in stock market terms but that was my nickname in highschool

Just like the end of most malls which are closing down due to the fact that people could now purchase the same items online cheaper the same thing with video games stores truth be told the internet has been making things so easy for this generation that driving most places is unnecessary when a person could just have what they want delivered to them through the mail or simply downloaded through the internet some people may call it the lazy way of doing things but me I like it based on 3 facts 1) a person saves gas money. 2) get to avoid people with bad attitudes that work behind the cash register. 3) everything comes to you like a king without you have to go out and search for it
Former gamestop employee here. Gamestop treats their employees terribly and practically indoctrinates them into their sales practices. It is very hard to leave because they are always dangling a promotion just beyond reach.
If you go into a gamestop, know you can hate the company, but please be nice to the employees. They are forced to say what they say and they hate doing it, I promise you. Just kindly tell them 'no' and move on.
