Absolutely true! I'm 49 and have lost so many people without any warning that anything was wrong. At my age now , I'm constantly worrying about the ones I love and my own mortality. This might sound awful but knowing I've already lived more yrs than I have left, kinda feels like a death sentence and I hate that. All I can say is live your life to the fullest and always let your family and friends know how much they mean to you!!!!! God bless you all
