Most characters in Dragon Ball get a retcon in power. After so many years they had to give us a film last year to power up Gohan and Piccolo. I have to ask people are the power increases of Gohan and Piccolo going to last in terms of them continuingly being important to the future stories tho? We have Goku, Vegeta, Broly and now we have Gohan with Piccolo on the tier just below, maybe the most powerful God of Destruction currently of all the universes alive. I hope Gohan and Piccolo will keep getting more powerful. Piccolo with his upgrades should be like a Saiyan and get more powerful as he trains and fights. Most characters in Dragon Ball get a retcon in power. After so many years they had to give us a film last year to power up Gohan and Piccolo. I have to ask people are the power increases of Gohan and Piccolo going to last in terms of them continuingly being important to the future stories tho? We have Goku, Vegeta, Broly and now we have Gohan with Piccolo on the tier just below, maybe the most powerful God of Destruction currently of all the universes alive. I hope Gohan and Piccolo will keep getting more powerful. Piccolo with his upgrades should be like a Saiyan and get more powerful as he trains and fights. I don't know tho, life is full of disappointment.

Goku, Vegeta and Piccolo have trained everyday for decades for there power and yet Gohan get massive increases in power with doing absolutely nothing. I'm a massive fan and I find it ridiculous. Piccolo went from being a Super Saiyan grade maybe 3 to being a God level character and not just a Super Saiyan Blue level character, but a Ultra level character. Gohan became a character that is superior to all the different levels that Vegeta and Goku have become with the crazy level of training they have done. Piccolo made a wish. Gohan just exist.

Manga and anime do vary in strength but in general beerus still can destory universes in both.

I REALLY wouldn't push your luck on that one sadly. I'm not even as big of a fan of Superman and the Goku's can definitely destroy some Supermen (potentially Pre too, and that's nothing to scoff at), but it's fair to say: There will always be an outlandish Superman out there that will do the same.
1. He's power-scaling Beerus, not Goku.
2. As powerful as Goku has gotten, he's still not even close to Superman's level of power.
3. Superman has faced beings as powerful as Beerus before in his 80 years of comic book history and lore, it's nothing new. Look up Darkseid, Anti-Monitor, and The Dark Monitor to name a few.

SSJB original name is SSJGSSJ. So its just using SSJG as a base and then turning SSJ. So the multiplier should be the same i.e SSJB is 50x stronger than SSJG
