Really loved the video. Jaspreet is not just perfectly fluent in Korean but also her orientation and communication skills are top notch. She explained everything perfectly and mentioned about diversity again and again bcz that's so important. No awkwardness or prejudice, pure admiration for Indian culture from Sanghee is really nice to see, different from many other indo-korean content videos!
This is so true what Sanghee said that even if an Indian girl is pretty before putting on the traditional clothes, the clothes somehow make her even more beautiful. Indian dress is so pretty.
Hai ! I am from Punjab too I love Lehnga,Salwar Kameezand Saree too. Jaspreet you did a great job by introducing our outfits. Only parandi and Punjabi Jutti is missing. Hope you will introduce it in your next video.
Oh my gosh that korean girl look gorgeous in lehenga, if she wear western wedding outfit like white christian wedding gown and if she wears this bridal lehenga then I think she looks more beautiful in lehenga than a western wedding christian gown
in korean culture its ok to show legs, if its too traditional they permit skin show until knee to feet .but in india ,its ok to show waist, and cleavage is little ok but not too much must be revealed especially for large breast women its not acceptable too, but showing legs is not generally acceptable in india even below knees ,only if they are school girls its allowed . and certain modern class may allow showing legs below knees .but showing thighs above knees is considered vulgar where as in korea showing thighs is pretty normal ,many kpop idols wear clothes that reveal little bit above thigh and tight dresses are acceptable. but in india tight shorts are never acceptable, loose are preferred. even though they accept tights like tight pants ,men oogle stare follow stalk all the day so its a problem. olden days women used to get vitamin d exposing waist line and back neck ,under sun they used to sleep to get vit d . so its important if you are in sunny climate women must be permitted to expose back and waist. in african regions, women are allowed to expose all body except private parts same for vitamin d reasons due to high melanin. Only kasmiris in india wear full clothes because climate is snowy ,large winters and moderate summers so they wear full sleeve clothes just like in joseon korea.
Me too :3..Usually they just make the guests wear saree but being a Punjabi, I'm glad that she not only explained abt our culture but also said that each region has its own traditional dresses and culture .. 😄
In evolving traditional clothes, climate has a great influence. In past when we didn't have resource to artificially warm us or cool us down, all cold areas like China, Korea even western countries had traditional clothes which cover whole body. But if we see countries in tropical like India, Africa, Indonesia basically southeast asia, you will see usually two piece clothes, stomach in uncovered, often skirt, dhoti/ bottom garment upto knee. Even in saree which naturally worn till toes, women who live in hot areas or do manual work tuck it, it’s okay to show legs to some extent
Not really. Abrahamic religion(islam, christainity and Judaism) in west focused on covering women body in the name of modesty and same with Confucianism. According to confucisn girl should be modest

Saree is nowadays a posh clothing, in case you want to look very traditional or very CEO or business like, you wear a saree. Ofcourse the kind of saree will differ. In traditional setting, sarees will look colorful, whereas in a business setting Sarees will look plain and sophisticated.
Have you ever seen anyone saying Indian people trying western dresses or something like that.. but we see Koreans trying Indian wear, American trying Indian wear and all...when even foreigners love our wear idk why our Indian are so very much obsessed with western wear btw no offense to this video i love jazz... I just want ourselves to know about our situation , where were we and now where are we.
Salwar Kameez is worn on daily basis by Punjabi females and there is chunni to cover the head ........ She is giving wrong impression( may be because she doesnt live in India ) that its worn only on special occasions..
I didn't even know that Koreans are just perfect for Indian dresses... it matches just perfectly... As if these dresses are just made for these cute korean girls...😮😵💫 And it enhances their beaty by thousand times....😱😲 Sorry million times...
Wait why always taking brown girls to represent India? There are not only brown girls existing white girls exist too yea they might not be fair as Koreans bcoz they don't apply some fairness Creams, or do plastic surgery to look pretty, they're naturally beautiful I hope that white girls are taken to represent our beautiful country
@@Strawberry_chen firstly that was rude. secondly, i agree they are outdated but people living outside of india do not follow indian trends as quickly. we only have a few occasions to wear traditional clothes and can only come back once every few years. money don't grow on trees.

I used to think that Indian costumes will not suit Koreans or Japanese. But she is looking absolutely gorgeous. Can't move my eyes on.
Why won't it?
They have similar features to northeast Indians
why would you think that - their traditional dress is very similar to the traditional outfits of India...
There are many modern designs for lehengas nowadays 😅
They are not heavy, are comfortable, cute or sexy too...
Wish she would have tried it.
Korean girl looks like a barbie doll in lehenga. I bet if she wears that in India, everyone will stare at her beauty
As a Punjabi, I am really happy to see how well Jazz explained our culture !!
the lehenga suits on her 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Saree is definitely not the most worn clothing anymore. It is salwar kameez for sure.
In the South Saree is worn extensively... It's a daily wear for many women. In the North it's more of Salwar

Would appreciate if they showed chikankari kurta or saree traditional ones cotton silk ones this is too stereotypical 😊

Note : south India is different
With Lehenga it depends on style and how heavy it is ,which decides it comfortablility factor.. And where is Saree in video?
It is north side outfit no common outfit in India to advertise and it’s north side Mughals outfit modernised

Why not saree??

So no Saree
