I recommend Fruits Basket 2019 too. yeah the plot may actually be a bit mysterious as such but it does not leave the viewers all serious. the humour and jokes as well as the character development is just amazing to see.

I watched Wotakoi, which led to Bunny Girl, which led to watching every Netflix Anime, and then continued to spend from the summer of 2020 to mid 2021 watching anime 24/7. Got bored of that and started to binge manga 24/7 (like 200 titles). Now I am reading light novels 24/7... It ruined me.
The scene where Takagi hands all of her drinks to Nishikata is probably one of the most wholesome animescenes of all time. That alone makes that anime atleast a 9/10 for me.
To ra do ra is the best in my opinion. It starts out all light hearted and is basically a comedy until... episode 18😢. I cried a river watching the last couple episodes. I highly recommend this anime. Btw, on the last episode, watch the credits. There's a end credit scene that will make your heart melt.

Have to say lovely complex is 100% deserving of being on this list. One of the funniest anime’s out there all while keeping the romance between the two main characters real and moving.

Toradora is the best anime I have watched 5 times and I still love it I'm constantly getting more and more of a understanding of the anime after every rewatch 10/10
love, chunibyo and other delusions is easily one of my favorite romance anime. its so authentic, there are parts that you should cringe at, but theyre so so so sweet and heartfelt that you cant help but laugh or cry, it honestly is such a great series and i really recommend it (along with the movie)
I never thought I liked anime since I always thought of the action ones, but my boyfriend had me watch Toradora and as of finishing it 4 days ago.... I’ve now finish 3 other series!🐸☕️🤣🤣 I personally only like dubbed anime so my pool to pick from is a lot smaller but “Your Lie in June, The Familiar or Zero, and TONIKAWA: over the moon for you” were all really good in my opinion. ❤️ On to find another!👀

You know what really sucks about animes like this? They’re nothing but lies. They toy with your emotions to provide a sense of false hope. The worst part about this is that this will never happen to me. The shenanigans, the miracles, the confessions, it’s all bullshit, unreal, they’ll never happen to me. I can’t help but envy all the characters in romance anime who are lucky enough to have a soul mate. Some think finding love is relatively easy, but in reality, especially in this world, it is one of the hardest if not THE hardest undertaking of mankind. I’m already past the prime of my enchanted youth, and no matter how much I followed the rules of the game of love, I only ended up rejected. I’ve been heartbroken so many times that sometimes I feel like I’m going to die. I haven’t seen my therapist in person for over a year, I often have had suicidal thoughts and nightly meltdowns, and I’ve harmed myself multiple times. I’ve relied on heartfelt anime to make myself feel better, only to feel pain from yearning for a better life. I need help.

I didn’t know ReLIFE had an anime series but was always on track for the manga releases. The ReLIFE manga is unreal and I seriously recommend it. After finishing the anime, I can easily say that the emotions you feel from the manga are so much more intense compared to the anime.

I have a question for you guys, am I the only one that after watching so many sweet and healthy romance anime couldn't go back to Toradora? I remember loving it back in middle school, maybe cause I could relate more to the awkwardness and, as a girl, the female lead was strong and cool from my pov. Then I grew up a bit and tried to rewatch it, but seriously I didn't remember she used to treat Riuji so BAD, like she behaves like an ungrateful brat and, I get it, she was neglected, BUT from day one she treats him like a dog, LITERALLY. I watched Wotakoi, which led to Bunny Girl, which led to watching every Netflix Anime, and then continued to spend from the summer of 2020 to mid 2021 watching anime 24/7. The scene where Takagi hands all of her drinks to Nishikata is probably one of the most wholesome animescenes of all time. That alone makes that anime atleast a 9/10 for me.
To ra do ra is the best in my opinion. It starts out all light hearted and is basically a comedy until... episode 18😢. I cried a river watching the last couple episodes. I highly recommend this anime.
Btw, on the last episode, watch the credits. There's a end credit scene that will make your heart melt.

love, chunibyo and other delusions is easily one of my favorite romance anime. its so authentic, there are parts that you should cringe at, but theyre so so so sweet and heartfelt that you cant help but laugh or cry, it honestly is such a great series and i really recommend it (along with the movie)

You know what really sucks about animes like this? They’re nothing but lies. They toy with your emotions to provide a sense of false hope. The worst part about this is that this will never happen to me. The shenanigans, the miracles, the confessions, it’s all bullshit, unreal, they’ll never happen to me. I can’t help but envy all the characters in romance anime who are lucky enough to have a soul mate. Some think finding love is relatively easy, but in reality, especially in this world, it is one of the hardest if not THE hardest undertaking of mankind. I’m already past the prime of my enchanted youth, and no matter how much I followed the rules of the game of love, I only ended up rejected. I’ve been heartbroken so many times that sometimes I feel like I’m going to die. I haven’t seen my therapist in person for over a year, I often have had suicidal thoughts and nightly meltdowns, and I’ve harmed myself multiple times.
I’ve relied on heartfelt anime to make myself feel better, only to feel pain from yearning for a better life. I need help.

I didn’t know ReLIFE had an anime series but was always on track for the manga releases. The ReLIFE manga is unreal and I seriously recommend it. After finishing the anime, I can easily say that the emotions you feel from the manga are so much more intense compared to the anime.

@@kaguya6482 pretty sure this is just an urban legend, i mean we just call this phenomenon like this, i think that we feel that way after watching this kind of anime is that we relate a lot with the anime and we give our full attention to the anime itself and it kinda becomes a part of us. So when the anime ends a part of us goes along thus making us feel "empty inside"

I have a question for you guys, am I the only one that after watching so many sweet and healthy romance anime couldn't go back to Toradora? I remember loving it back in middle school, maybe cause I could relate more to the awkwardness and, as a girl, the female lead was strong and cool from my pov. Then I grew up a bit and tried to rewatch it, but seriously I didn't remember she used to treat Riuji so BAD, like she behaves like an ungrateful brat and, I get it, she was neglected, BUT from day one she treats him like a dog, LITERALLY. So I just couldn't stand it and stopped watching. Am I the only one that feels this way?
