I'm 25, male and have european Cup H breasts. Extremely embarassing. Chronic pain and also my spine got damaged by these fuckers already. Trying to get a full breast removal at the moment.
I’m 29 4’11 and I’m a 38DDD an E cup in other countries my surgery is August 29th 2023 they needed to go because they were starting to hurt my back and neck and spine I’m looking to be a 38 C in both breast.
I got mine done a few days ago, 3lbs removed, and just being about to stand straight with no back pain and not feeling them on my stomach is a literal dream. seeing how happy and glowy you are a good bit after recovery is really just making me even more excited for when i'm further along in recovery.
If there pounds made that much of a difference, I highly suggest you get your back checked out. A few pounds in your chest area should not affect your ability to walk, stand, or do any activity.

Hi. I'm so glad my search listed your video in the top 5. I'm a 42 year old woman, who's had large breasts for decades. I've put up with them for all this time, and I finally made the decision to get a breast reduction a few months ago. My surgery is scheduled for this coming Monday, and I want to thank you for the very informative and honestly, calming video. I'm a bundle of nerves right now, but after watching your wonderful video, my nerves are starting to calm down.
Me, still on the fence about going down this path, then hearing “renaissance of the bra” and “separation of church and state.” I’m in!!! So glad you shared this and that you are recovering well and enjoying life post overloaded rack!
I am a 38H. I am tired of being stuck buying expensive underwire bras from a small amount of stores. Having to buy clothes that fit my breasts is bad. I got shoulder indent marks & under breast irritation. Yesterday I was able to request a consultation online for a plastic surgery place close to my house. I am ready for a consultation, then breast reduction.
Any update? My surgery is in 1 week!!!
I was a 38dd. Wasn't sure about a reduction and lift, but went for a consult. I am now 2 weeks post op and I love my new look. Absolutely zero pain and discomfort and they look amazing. Best decision ever. Good luck. Xxxx

I so wish I would have done it 25 yrs ago! Now I'm 60 and feel like what's the point now??
I'm so glad to hear you talk openly about this! I feel like there's a lot of pressure to accept our bodies as they are, but when it comes to discomfort (and especially people with chronic pain, chronic illnesses, and even mental health issues) sometimes we need to change our bodies in order to live fully and comfortably. Some surgeries are like accommodations, so I understand your mental blocks and trying to convince yourself you didn't need to do this.
This was very helpful. I am a 36M and being a petite 5 ft tall 23 yr old they literally get in the way of everything. Just start the process to get insurance to cover my reduction.
Try being 2 cup sizes a 38DDD and a 38N

Going from 38/40 J to a smoll D!
My insurance deemed it medically necessary but I still had to pay nearly $7k out of pocket.
They’ll be removing 1,000grams at least per breast. I’ve literally been fighting for this since I was a freshman in high school, I’m 43.

I had a tummy tuck, second breast reduction, and double chin lipo, I didn’t have any pain at all. My Dr is the Best
What was your recuperation like? I'm interested in doing the reduction and tummy tuck all at once. Do you think it made recovery more difficult? Would you recommend doing it together? Any suggestions? I've never had a reduction before, I'm a 40DD. I'm in central FL, where's your Dr?
Thank you very much for sharing all of this. I'm three weeks from my reduction, and I'm somewhere between excited and terrified. lol. I'm currently the size you were before your surgery, a 36I, and I'm getting the surgery for similar reasons (back pain, in my case due in part to arthritis and degenerative disk disease). I too am hoping/wanting to be around a c-d cup, though I'd be happy with a DDD, as it's still a huge improvement. So it was really reassuring to see the changes on you, physically, (your profile afterwards) as well as hearing about the healing, etc. It helped settle me a bit. Thanks again for sharing.
Updates?
Just had my reduction last Friday and they removed about 6.5 lbs. Still on the mend but immediately sqw a difference in my back and the amount of weight on my chest when i lay down. I was a 36J and the weight was extremely hard on back making it hard to walk/run. Hoping that once im healed i can get back to running 😊.

36I holy fuck, I can't even imagine the back stiffness and also adjustments one would have to do (when sleeping); also trying to buy bras would suck; it sounds like it was worth it. Congrats on your journey and successful recovery.
im a size 36G as a 20yr and i have always struggled with this i have noticed that i get tired and always complain of back issues but when i bring up getting a breast reduction to my family or boyfriend they just make fun of me or tell me i don’t need it. But i finally might bring this up to my doctor to try and get
some help. but growing up i would always compare my self to my friend and be miserable i was at my lowest weight of 120 in high school and still cry at night bc i felt fat next to my friend due to them being able to fit in a small and i would squeeze myself into a medium. but point of story having big breast is literally mentally draining till this day i still struggle
I was worried about what my husband would say...but I eventually decided that I need to do what's right for ME. If you don't feel comfortable in your own body only YOU can make the decision that's right for YOU. It'll help so much with your self-esteem and body image. It took me a while to realize that and I finally went for my BR consult. Had some insurance bumps but I am having finally BR surgery on 5/9 and am counting down the days. Good luck to you!
I'm 21 and I know the feeling that no one else seems to take your problems seriously. But they are not the ones having to live with all the struggles (getting fitting bras, backpain, not being able to dress like you want, sweating underneath the breast, the uncomfortable feeling of your boobs basically resting on your belly, problems with posture, not being able to do most of the sports etc). YOU are suffering and if they don't understand that they don't get to have an opinion. I'll have my breast reduction in a month and I'm so excited. I'm also convinced that I will just feel more comfortable abd pretty in my own body besides those other issues, and I wish you all the best! You can do it, but if you do, make the decision for yourself and not based on other people's opinion❤
I’m a 36G and I’m short. They really make me look bigger, can’t wear anything nice and bras are so expensive! I really hate them, hate the looks, the comments, the pain.

So glad to hear your story (I'm also a native West Michigander!) I have been thinking about this for decades, literally. I went in for a consult decades ago to no avail. I've gotten bigger. I had 5pds removed 38DD 6days post op expected to be a C/b I feel like a b/c glad I got it
I got my Tuesday. I was 36 DDD. I had frequent back and neck,low back pain. Feeling tired and difficult to move around doing my activities of daily living. I hope my recovery is quickly.
I got mine yesterday! Same size to start, hopefully landing at 36D once I’m healed

I will most definitely do a reduction, 38J at the moment 🙈 In Sweden you can get a surgery as this basically for free if your BMI score is "normal" and the boobs are too big according to some scale and then they'll remove X amount of grams from each. I'm going to have to pay it out of pocket because I'm overweight and it's hella hard to lose over 50 pounds to qualify. My guess is that I'm gonna lose a lot of weight AFTER the surgery because then I can move around more freely without pain and the fact that there is two Halloween pumpkins attached to my chest. Like whenever I'm doing yoga it's not my flexibility that stands in my way, it's those darn boobs 😂 Plus side of paying is that I can have more specific wished in terms of size and potential lift etc. I'm thinking a C-cup will be perfect. And like you said: being able to shop for bras in everyday stores and not having to go to a frikkin specialist shop, having like three options to choose from for the price of an arm and a leg 😅
Yeah, I'm gonna bump up my fitness routing now so I can shave off some excess weight at least and aim to schedule my surgery for next fall!! 🎃🎃

All the two surgeries I have made in life have helped me. My teeth and hysterectomy. I have never regretted so I know I will not regret this one too.
Thanks for all the info!! I’ve had 3 c sections and breastfed 3 babies so now I am ready for it! Sounds like recovery from a c section to be honest. I am a size G though so I don’t know if my gram weight will be the right amount for my insurance. I’ll have to go to a consultation. But I definitely want to do it ! I appreciate all the info.

I got a breast reduction yesterday. They vacuum packed my wounds, so no dressing changes for a week. Insurance covered 100%, they removed almost 5 pounds. I have metastatic breast cancer, so they quit my targeted therapy for a few weeks to help me recover from this. My neck pain is already GONE! I thought I was a DD, but after seeing you as an I - maybe I wasn't measuring correctly? He says I'll be a C cup now, but I haven't seen any scars yet because it's all packed.

I’m literally tearing up hearing you say the recovery pain is not comparable to the sheer pain of having huge boobs. I just feel like this would release so many years of pain and insecurity

Taking my daughter to a surgeon consultation August 24, so worried Insurance will turn her down again. They did at 17 , she is now 19. CHRONIC backpain for years now.

I just had a reduction two weeks ago. I'm still healing. My Drs name is also Dr Martin! I'm in Ohio, so I'm sure they're different, but how coincidental!! 😊
I am sooooo happy I had mine reduced last year. Went from a 38DD down to 36D. Actually would have liked more removed! I'm too short for big boobs. Only regret is wish i didn't wait so long (I was 62 at the time).

Kayla, thank you for sharing your journey. 4 pounds!? It was interesting to hear about a breast reduction & how it worked. I can't imagine having that amount of weight at the front. My friends who are approx the size you are now often complain how they have to lean their boobs on the table coz it was straining their back. I can imagine some things are much easier, like you said, but also like, driving (saying this coz I had a friend who on her driving leaned too far and accidentally honked her horn with her boobs). lol

Currently 17 years old and 5’ 0”. I definitely want to get a reduction when i’m an adult as I am a 28I/30H(28G/30FF). I do things like theatre and dance and it is SO PAINFUL to dance through rehearsals sometimes. It also hurts me so much mentally to be one of the only large chested girls in a school where the majority of people at my school have smaller chests

I’m a trans person, FTN. (Female to Nonbinary)(Masculine Presenting) and I so badly want to get top surgery. Top surgery is different from a breast reduction but it’s along a similar vein. But I’m just consuming top surgery and breast reduction content. Content like this is so important to show how much things like this can improve quality of life. Again, top surgery and breast reduction are different in why they might be done but it’s important to have representation.

I am 75 and 2 weeks post op for explant and breast lift. I was a 42DD and they hung low. I would not use the term" pain. " There is some soreness and discomfort wearing the surgical bra. I only took Tylenol. I needed help with my drains and dressings. There is a lot of after care required for a mastopexy. Just bought another Soma bra that feels better. Hardest thing for me is sleeping on my back.

After having 4 pounds removed from your breast did you actually weight go down by more? I heard some people say they lost double on actual weight from what was removed

Yes they do! That's probably my favorite part is having them lifted off my body and not rubbing on my stomach!

Did you eat a lot of dairy before your surgery?? I know a woman who became addicted to raw milk in pennsylvania and her cups grew 3 sizes in 1 year!!!

As a 29 year old woman who is barely a B cup. I can’t imagine being a double D let alone an I. I’m so happy you did this. Yes it’s cosmetic but it’s a lifestyle. Literally something that will change your life.

i had a consultation today with my breast reduction ! I am 36H and want to be reduced to 36D. 5 feet 2 and 136 lbs. BSA =1.65 (weight of tissue removed is 505 in the Mosteller formula table) .Doctor wants to remove 600g each breast? i need to wait for preauthorized from Aetna insurance in 4 to 6 weeks ? Many people said Aetna require more breast tissue to cut compared to others insurance company?
May I know what is your BSA ? Do you think i will get approve ?
