Most regular players don't have proper coordination, communication, and awareness; which is something that, for most of the time, he uses to his advantage to win, take away that advantage and he becomes pretty much useless.

Would love a more balanced TDM. I just started Valorant recently and I almost quit because of the constant smurfing or imbalanced games. But then I finally got some games with people of my own beginner skill level and popped off a few times. I get why people enjoy the game. I would love the game a lot more if I wasn't constantly faced against people way more skilled than I am. But there's not really anything to do about it. Playing Valorant is just rolling the dice to get a smurf, toxicity, throwers, or something bad in your games. Maybe I need like a low level premiere team or something.
