Love you guys.. We had Tornadoes around our area all evening
A friend lives in San Dimas...north and east of you...and he sent a picture of his rain gauge this morning: 11 inches over the course of a few days.
My four adult dogs figured out how to do their business between the raindrops, but the four foster puppies wouldn't go out in the rain. 🙂 It looks like clear sailing after tomorrow.

We had a very wet, heavy rain in January here in South Carolina. Wind too. It’s good you got to take to get out for quick walk. Puddy girl, loves her walks. Lol, Mr. Jameson fights going out in the rain too.😅.😊❤❤❤

I am glad you guys are alright and your house,. I was wondering about you guys and all of that rain. My dog is the same way, he doesn't even want to go out if the grass is wet, spoiled little thing.
I remember the mess you had year ago. It had been raining cats and dogs before we left to go to LA for the class race but it dried up and was beautiful that first week in February.

Good to see you are doing fine. This winter in Norway we had sooo much snow amd it’s been the coldest for over 20 years - minus 33 C which I think is minus 27 F… Dog totally refused to go outside and we had to get a kitty litterbox 😂😂

Glad ur ok, have u thought of filling hessian bags with sand and storing them to put outside ur doors or anywhere water can get in on ground level when the weather is this bad to prevent any rain getting in xx it wont stop it all but may help a little

Glad you are all safe & sound! I was definitely beginning to wonder if you were going to have to build an ark! I’m so happy the home repairs are holding up nicely. What a great relief not to have to be concerned about leaks, etc. Puddy loves to “find” things so much. That’s why in the classes she says it’s way too easy. She needs the super advanced nose classes. I agree with you @the air fryer & steaks. I was so surprised the first time I did a steak in the air fryer. Both frozen & thawed came out absolute perfection. Can’t beat it for ease and clean up! Cheers from FL😺

I think it was Friday or Saturday night I looked you guys up to see if you posted about the rain in your area. I have a church in San Diego that were flooded, just a big mess for a lot of folks down there. I'm in Washington, and always think of friends I have down there. That includes you guys. We get torrential rain as well in GB, sometimes it lasts days which means the days just blend into darkness. Our dogs don't like rain either.🇬🇧

Great to see my favourite trio safe and well! Isn`t it amazing how dogs can store up their poop and pee in an attempt to keep those delicate little paws dry, my Greyhound is an expert! xx
I do our steaks in the air fryer too. I don’t see her at first. I just put it in the 400° for about 3 to 4 minutes. Flip over for another 2 to 3 minutes and it’s done. It is fantastic.

Hi there. I’m glad you’re safe. 🙏🏻 We had about 3 inches of snow last night. It looks so beautiful outside now. This is the first major snowstorm this year. We had rain for 3 days before this and it was so yucky outside, I prefer snow. I pray God keeps you safe. 🙏🏻💖🇨🇦🐭

I remember riding my bicycle in a hail storm years ago. Boy did that one hurt. But i have also rode my bicycle in tornado warnings as well as other "warnings".

I was just thinking about you guys this morning. We were supposed to go to LA to the class, but my husband decided not to go a couple weeks ago. Boy am I glad he did. We went last year and the weather was amazing. We stayed at Dockweiler beach in playa Del Rey. It was absolutely gorgeous. There’s nothing better than camping where you can see the ocean. But what a mess this year and besides the fact they had the race early we would’ve had to leave Sunday morning to get out of there but all the passes were just snow up on snow. I’m so glad we didn’t go. Glad all is well with you.
Oh God, I know exactly what you mean about the rain and dogs pooping lol. Not long ago we had 7 days of rain. Husband had to build a path that lead under the huge beach umbrella with a Tarp over it so the princess could poop and pee HAHAHAHA . I walked out and couldn't stop laughing Hubby looked at me and , Roxy isn't a farm dog. Hahahah Obviously 😂

Strange weather.. We had a touchdown tornado yesterday.
We dont do tornadoes in early Feb. It was less than 10 miles away. No injuries .. Just structures and downed trees.

I’m so glad you got through this okay! Up here in Northern CA we got hit with it last weekend. Sunday was the 60 mph wind gusts, and that wasn’t an exaggeration. We had a metal sunscreen ripped off the house part way. It was mounted over my bedroom windows, and I spent Sunday night worrying that the dangling sun screen was going to smash in my windows! Thankfully it didn’t.
We now get seven days of no rain, yay!
Thanks for the update on how you all are doing. What are the socks that Steve wears that are water proof? Also, which is more comfortable, the shoes he’s wearing or the boots Steph is wearing? I have to take my dog out in not great weather and feet are always getting wet from wearing sneakers.
Why don't it move over Texas? The whole state needs it. We need to fill our lakes so full they can't keep talking about how low they are. I remember when you got it last year and exactly why you got your new roof. So glad your doing fantastic!

Watch the sweet potatoes because they have a lot of oxalates. Dr. Sally Norton eat a lot of sweet potatoes of course other things too but she had massive oxalates. I love her book and you’ll love her interviews on how she had to oxalate dump. It was not fun.

When we take our dog with us to Chicago he doesn't go poop if he can possibly put it off. Our closes neighbor is a 1/4 mile. So 42 floor down town he doesn't want to do his business.

I have a friend who lives in your town, and he just reported that he and his wife are safe. So, I figured you were all safe as well!!! I did some reading on this type of weather. Is it true that the rain comes down like foam sometimes because of the atmospheric pressure?
