Hi Natalie: I wonder if you have a video on balloné and ballotté? These were recently introduced in our class .. and a slow walk-through like this would be very much appreciated!
Thank you! I'm studying for my ballet exam. I have a question! One of the steps is echappe saute but they give an option of soutenu and de suite. I don't understand.
Nice video but re plies, Baryshnikov could jump high without doing deep plies; he used microplies. Deep plies aren't necessary if you have proper placement.
Thanks so much! I'm starting from home and will hopefully start real classes in January. This is unbelievably helpful!
I’m so glad it helped! :)
Really helpful!! Because I was really not sure why my feet was not pointing enough, thanks a lot.
I'm so glad it was helpful! Thanks lovely :)
Outstanding video, thank you!
Thank you ☺️

I can’t seem to find it anywhere and the term has completely left my mind, what is it called when you sauté but spin in the air as well.
tour en l'air? :)
I believe men mostly do it and that it starts with a C?

It’s true, thank you for adding this point!
Do you have to have pointe shoes
Not at all, normal soft ballet shoes are perfect! :)
I can’t jump .. it’s to hard
First work on your pliés and relevés and then move on to jumps when you have the technique and strength :)
